Had cocktails on a tuesday night. High prices and ordered 2x cocktails and got charged for 4. We got an apology but at 800 leke per drink and no menu to compare to, they were the highest price in the neighbourhood. When questioned, we were told they had the best coffee. Seemed like an excuse and when the neighbour down the road was 500leke and better service, then don't bother.
