Verny nice park. I had oppurtunity to visit that place 2 times and can recommend. Many cafes, bars where you can chill. It’s also to possibilty to rent small bike car so you can ride around the park. From the park you have also nice view for mountains :) 👌🏻

As far as I'm aware since this zoo was built 68 years ago it hasn't changed at all! The animals seem to live in bad conditions and the place seems to be in ruins! This is definitely one of the establishments that the Mayor should reconstruct and build it up to modern standard.

You cannot come to Tirana without visiting this park which is beautiful in all seasons. Very calming place to be with nature. You can stay where it is green or venture down to the lake. There are also many restaurants dotted around the edge of the park and people selling snacks like freshly made donuts inside.

Aaaah such a refreshing place in the heart of Tirana. We made the whole turn with my friends. It's about 5km. There are really nice places all around to see. Running in the park has been a joy, however I would recommend to be there as early as possible to avoid the crowds. The park is always heavily visited but still you can find alone time if that is what you are seeking. Overall I believe I have been to the park almost everyday of my stay in Tirana and I feel like it's the best place to walk aimlessly without worrying too much about your surroundings. There are a couple of open areas with playground equipment and exercise equipment. One location with half court basketball. But all in all the space seems more created towards pedestrians, cycling and jogging.

We had a small wander around near sunset in December. As the sun went down over the mountains we were treated to a lovely view over the lake. We had a few drinks in Favorite Bar and walked home in the dark. I feel like maybe some lighting would be helpful for some but we didn’t struggle. We never felt uneasy or unsafe, unlike similar places in England. Having just read reviews I felt compelled to say that we saw no rubbish, the whole place was nice and clean.

Fantastic place to visit with lots of green areas. Lovely memorials which are kept in good order . It is quite a steep climb but well worth it. Lots of seating areas along the way if you need to sit down.

This is a delightful park with a large lake and plenty of rambling paths. Scattered around are several points of interest, even some WW2 war graves.. surprising! Cafes and restaurants are also sprinkled high and low. We visited in Spring - everything was green and lush.

A great place to relax and get close to nature. We rode the tourist train around the lake, and we saw almost everything. I recommend anyone to do it, because the area is huge and it would take a lot of hours to explore everything by foot. Also, a nice idea to rent a bike.
