My first 2 visits/meals here were fabulous. Fresh, delicious in a total chill vibe with impeccable service. I started with the grilled sea bass, spinach with gorgonzola and an old fashion. The bread basket is filled with warm, fresh bread and the butter is semi-soft and mixed with heat and herbs! The service was impeccable. Came back and enjoyed the beet salad (huge) and the barbacoa tacos. Also absolutely fabulous and the same waitstaff was once again, impeccable. The tacos had a hint of heat atop the flavourful seasonings. Loved it. Third time was NOT a charm for service or vibe. :-( I ordered the beet salad again - delish; however, completely different staff and the service was sooooo slow and completely inattentive. For the fist time, as a walk-in, I was asked for my full name before I was seated?! Nothing warm or inviting about this hostess or the wait-staff. Too bad. Definitely the best food I have had here in Tirana but some of the staff needs replacing. I held back a star for due to the last visit.

We had an amazing experience and meal at Salt. Indoor decorations are very I instagrammable. Our waiter was top notch and very attentive. We ordered the sushi 8 rolls and partner had more sushi and the burger. It was extremely tasty! Best meal I had in Albania! Advise to book in advance for table seat. The food was on the more expensive side based on other restaurants in the area, but the food is incredible and the presentation feels very premium. I had the prawn and guacamole tacos and beef carpaccio, both were incredible. The carpaccio came to the table laid flat but was rolled, seasoned and cut for me at the table by the server- which felt like a bit more of an experience. Mojitos were amazing, they didn't mind making them even though they weren't on the menu- the staff were very accommodating. Overall I really recommend!

Beyond Amazing. The food was great and the service impeccable. I ended up here after receiving an email that promoted their Makizushi, a tasting menu that they offer every Monday from 8 to 10pm. I first thought that I had to choose one of the options from the appetizers, one main, etc. Instead, they brought everthing on the menu which was enough food for two people. I love sushi so I finished it all but I couldn't believe the amount of food and, most importantly, its quality for only 2490 ALL. It's definitely one of the best dinners I had and fairly priced since pre-covid era.

See the pictures. 3. Service Very-very poor. They position themselves upper class, but service is super away from that. 1st, I booked a table. When we came on time at 18:30 there was some theater with our table: either they offered strange options somewhere at the entrance, or on the bar - though almost complete place was empty. When eventually we sat on second floor, Waiters were extremely slow to come to take the order - they were all too busy chatting in a huge group next to the bar there. Once they brought food, no one came even once to ask if all is ok. When we asked to pay eventually the whole bill had mistakes - some positions more expensive than on the menu - some actually less. 4. Ambient It is actually very nice. But see point 3. It is not relaxing seeing a huge group of waiters standing in the middle of the room chatting, laughing. We are all humans, I get it, but if this chips away the service and overall dining experience - that is not ok. Also I do not know if soccer broadcast is the best choice for the place. 5. Price Overpriced for the portion sizes. Final bill has different prices than the menu. Overall - this dinner was supposed to be a highlight, but was a disappointment.

We ordered sushi with truffle, Salt sushi and Calimaki and fried rice with avocado. Taste was good, but size microscopic and not sufficient - despite me being a petite woman who does not eat much. Especially taking into account the price (around 1500 lek for each sushi type + 700 for 4 fried rice pieces), we were not too happy and still very hungry and went to eat elsewhere. Cocktails were good; price starts from 690 lek. So, nice design, but not good value for money.

We showed up without a booking and they said it was fully booked, then we went to another bar and checked their website and there were still tables available. I have been to Salt several times, and regarding the food, I can say that it is generally delicious. The last time I was there, they had a problem with the menu. Lovely restaurant with reasonable prices. Had a great chicken marsala for 650 lek, a dish I haven't seen elsewhere in Tirana. Other menu items were cheaper -one pasta dish was 270.

Very modern and fusion cuisine place. We tried sushi and meat - both were very nice, and kind waiters. However, I dont know how big is the kitchen but it took a long time to have a sushi plate. Also didnt like to face kids looking for money from customers just in front of the restaurant.

The restaurant is beautiful with wonderful service. However, it felt very overhyped to us. Cocktails, crostini, and mains were quite good (altho extremely small portion sizes). The sushi was not great compared to sushi elsewhere - almost all of it was cooked/grilled/seared/tempura fish with almost no raw sushi on the menu. (Strange to me since they served crudo and ceviche). We had crostini, 4 cocktails, ceviche, one sushi roll, sea bass, and the filet mignon - total came to 10000 Lek. In our experience you can get a nice high end meal in Tirana for max 5000 anywhere else. 3 stars for the crostini, sea bass, cocktails, and great service. Nice date night but not very cost effective.

Very tasty and delicious cocktails. The atmosphere is fantastic and fancy. The staff is very friendly and ready to give you a recommendation about the perfect cocktail for your taste. I highly recommend to try their crostini, my favourite is the one with caramelized onions.

Such a nice restaurant! The service is very good, ambience luxurious and modern, sushi was good (especially the hellfire roll), and the forest fruit cheesecake (off the menu) was amazing, one of the best cheesecakes I had. The Pinot Grigio wine from Italy was amazing as well!

Had dinner with my 2 kids (9y & 14y) I’m not a big eater so for us this was more than enough. But I can imagine that for a normal or big eater the portions can be small. Restaurant was modern, service oké, prices are good all of this for 9470lek/82euro, food looked good, taste was oké. Overall if I compare it with other restaurants in the area a 4 star. Recommended🥂

Staff was so nice, from the reception to the bar, to the waiters. We order gyozas, spicy edamame, ceviche and some spicy rolls. All was great, but the rolls (tuna) came with salmon, because according to the waiter they were out of tuna. In our case it was not an issue, but not every customer will enjoy it, they should warn before preparing the dish. But this didn't stained the overall experience.

We had a wonderful meal today at Salt Rest. We chose the Business lunch menu and found a terrific selection of delicious food. Our service was excellent and friendly and the atmosphere amazing! Highly recommended and we will dine at Salt many times in the future.
