One of the best bars in the city. Definitely a must for going with friends or even alone. I didn't check the menu because I just went for a beer, and the waiter very kindly suggested to try Puka Beer, an artesanal beer. I liked it and I do recommend it (it reminded me the Belgian beers). The environment very fancy, with a combination of natural elements, plants, and very vintage objects. This is a totally Instagramable place. I went in the morning, around 11.30am and it had plenty of free places.

I felt like I stepped into a different time in history. The coffee and food were also good. I got a nice tour of the cafe by the owner. Komiteti Kafe was recommended to us by a friend who has been living in Tirana for about a year. We never had Raki and went there for an after dinner drink. The place was popular for both couples and groups. We did the Raki flight to start. My favorite ones were walnut, berry and especially the smoked version, as it was softer on the palate. The interior was very eclectic and full of post communist era paraphernalia with various levels and rooms in which to sit and/or hide. The service was very attentive and helpful.

Definitely would visit this place everytime! They have the most special drinks that you can find in Albania. Especially "Narden" for me it's a really special drink. Also would recommend the BAKED Raki !!!! The food is amazing you have a wide variety to choose from. 10/10 everytime these guys always impress me. They are kind and welcoming doing that they really represent the true Albanian hospitality.

I don't mind it when there's a designated smoking area and a non-smoking one but this was all open and we could feel the smell all around the coffeeshop so we had to leave before a headache settled in

Went there only because it was listed in cafes for a coffee online site. Never, in over 10 years of Tirana visits did I know it existed. It's very quirky and a lot of fun like walking into a time capsule, great grandad's shed or indeed a piece of communist history. As a coffee shop it probably thrived in the 50's and 60's so don't miss out on this essential piece of history. Please visit, have a yummy cake and coffee, and it'll survive for another year. The problem was that even though the place wasn't full at all after 15 mins we had to go down to order because they didn't came up to ask what we wanted and it took them another 10 mins to delivery one macchiato and one smoothie.
