I love the vibe of this bar. Several floors each with tasteful decorations. Huge outdoor area. American music playing. 3rd floor has the view of the roundabout & ring center mall. There is a bar and comfortable outdoor seatings. Coffee is tasty. They have snacks as well. Service is friendly.

My favorite spot in Tirana. It’s spacious, cozy and beautifully decorated. Their drinks and food are delicious, and the service is quick.

I stayed at the hotel in the same building and hung out here during both day and evening. During the day it's great. Comfy chairs and great service. Music the usual terrible pop fare you get everywhere in Albania, but at an acceptable volume. At night, the music was annoyingly loud and they really, really have no clue how to make cocktails. So 4 stars for daytime and 2 stars for night time.

A curious detail - the waitress was probably new (noticeably worried), and didn’t even speak English (and I, as it turned out in Albanian), but her charming smile and my finger poking on the menu saved me from hunger, and the institution from loss customer. Service was a 0/10 First thing first the server was acting very rude after we simply and very politely asked him to give us a bit more time before ordering. Then when he brought the cocktails he didn't bring me the right order, which we didn't make a big deal out of because it's a simple mistake, we didn't even say anything about the hair we found in the food because again we didn't want to ruin our own night but then they had the gall to make us pay triple the price for two cocktails, 1600 lek for a cocktail instead of 400-800lek which was the range for the prices advertised on the menu. They also refused to give us the receipt claiming they had to keep them which I'm pretty sure it's not very legal. Anyway safe to say the night was very much ruined and i will not be returning not even for a coffee.
