Paid for an "Executive Suite" room with spa tub. Upon arrival at 830pm after a long day of travel we were shocked to learn that the water to the spa trickled in and was not warm at all. Shower did not have warm water either. After complaining to the front desk that hot water was a big reason we rented this hotel room. They said a mechanic would we told about it the next day?!? So much for bathing or showering today I guess. Also there was were trim boards just laying on the floor like for a construction project for some reason. This room was twice as much as others in the area I priced. I reserved here because of the Suite with tub and ended up with zero hot water and water only trickling out of the faucets. Not happy at all.

Great place and service

We booked the Hotel through booking and they cancelled the our reservation without informing us as they appartently do Not use the plattform anymore. A catastrophy! We nearly ended up spending the night out … no remorse, no help offered. Worst service experience ever… ☠️

Nice location and private parking. But rooms were not clean enough and were nothing special. I don’t think it deserves 4 stars as an hotel. I have been to another 4 stars hotel in Tirana and there is a huge difference!

Nice & comfortable with great service

Visited Tirana Albania, and stayed in Prestige Hotel for 15 days, it was a wonderful experience, very polite and helpful staff, a very good breakfast was included in the room rent, WiFi connectivity and the service was excellent, never faced any issue. The location is ideal, some 15 to 20 minutes walking distance from the city center, there was a very nice walking track just 5 minutes walk from the hotel, visited Ring Shopping center, again 5 minutes walk from the hotel, and the Toptani Shopping center in city center, both were good, highly recommended hotel to stay in.

Weird experience, they made me pay for a water that they found in the garbage that I have brought it with me. They do not even sell San Pellegrino but didn’t know what they have in minibar. It wasn’t much but ruined the experience personally. Room was clean and in good condition, the view towards the garden it’s beautiful. Bathroom needs some more light it was dark and also Overall it was ok,

It is a very good hotel in hearth of Tirana. Room doors does not have independent lock from inside. If hotel staff tries to enter the room, there is no safe guard.

Very clean, nice room and hotel. I think good for the price though. The garden is lovely, well maden. Although the wifi connection was very bad. The hotel have a rule which says you cannot bring with you any food or drinks buyed outside which honestly I can't believe. If they find in your garbage something bough out they are gonna make you pay.. The mini bar was filled with water and some other drinks but we didn't knew that we have to pay. We understood that when we check out. Our room was looking to the street and it was a bit loud in mornings.

All hotels and buildings in Tirana have bad isolation… otherwise good breakfast, nice stuff, great garden, big rooms…
