reply
to
my
review.
You
weren't
closing,
I
was
in
the
bar
next
door
with
friends,
you
were
open
for
another
hour
after
I
complained
about
my
cold
food.
Also,
your
deep
fat
fryer
was
set
at
171.1c
which
would
have
heated
my
food
in
less
than
60
seconds.
You
smerked
and
laughed
in
my
face
and
obviously
didn't
care
that
my
food
was
cold.
My
review
couldn't
possibly
be
personal,
I
don't
know
you,
your
business
or
any
staff
member,
I've
never
met
any
of
you
before.
My
review
is
an
honest
explanation
of
what
happened
and
also
my
professional
opinion,
as
a
chef
with
36
years
experience
and
3
best
selling
cookbooks,
on
your
unsafe
storage
of
hot
food,
which
you
continue
to
do
even
when
it's
been
pointed
out
how
dangerous
this
is
for
your
customers.
The
food
I
received
was
cold,
when
I
asked
for
it
to
be
heated
I
was
told
they
wouldn't
as
they
were
closing,
this
was
an
hour
before
they
actually
close.
The
owner
wasn't
very
nice,
I
was
polite
in
return,
and
seemed
to
have
an
attitude,
he
looked
at
me
and
laughed
when
I
said
"really"
when
they
refused
to
heat
my
food.
As
a
professional
chef,
I
worry
about
how
they
are
storing
pre
cooked
food
as
obviously
it
isn't
kept
at
a
safe
temperature
which
is
then
served
to
customers.
Esp
the
prawns
which
can
be
deadly.
I
see
that
they
pre
cook
them
then
store
them
in
the
window
in
the
blazing
heat
without
proper
food
storage
that
would
keep
them
at
a
safe
temperature.
Shellfish
stored
like
this
could
literally
kill
you,
so
please
be
careful.
I
would
recommend
you
avoided
this
place
until
they
invest
in
a
proper
hot
food
holding
unit
that
will
ensure
you
don't
get
sick.
A
few
roasting
tins
in
the
window
just
doesn't
cut
it,
it
isn't
a
safe
way
to
store
food
you
are
about
to
serve
to
customers.
