I stayed at the hotel for one night. The room was amazing and the staff was wonderful! Breakfast was included and it was absolutely fantastic (like food you would eat in a gourmet restaurant). I arrived very late for check in and was treated very well. The staff even showed me the room and gave me some mint water for free. The bathroom facilities are amazing and super clean. You get a free kit of bathroom items. The hotel is right next to the main square. I highly recommend!! :)

We stayed for four nights while exploring Tirana and enjoyed our stay. Our bed was comfortable, the shower was enclosed and had great water pressure, Clyde served us delicious breakfasts each morning, and Luis was very helpful when we had questions. We liked that the hotel was close to the New Bazaar and very walkable to Skanderbeg Square. Nice, friendly hotel in a great location.

The worst experience that I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The personal is really intimidating and rude. If you are a women, please be aware that they will threat you. The last issue that I had is that I asked them to do the laundry for my clothes. Later, I arrived and put them on my room, when I wanted to pack I realized that all were WET. They offer to dry my clothes with the hair drier???? They did not acknowledge their fault. They forced me to pay 25 euros for laundry, but all the clothes were WET. I offer to pay for the laundry but not for the drying because they were wet. I was traveling to a different country and I did not have any warmth clothes left. Anyway, I believe when we book a hotel is to enjoy the stay, not to have problems. The lady from the lobby called a men to intimidate me. I’m wondering if they would have done this to a men. Then a men came and told me that I had to pay the laundry and drying... Solutions? No, only problems since I arrived. I felt intimidated by the men on the reception and the lady. Later they said if I don’t pay for the drying I could not take the taxi to go the airport. I never had such a bad experience. If you want to go a hotel that creates constant problems instead of offering a solution then choose this hotel. I would highly suggest that you avoid this hotel.

Everything about the hotel and restaurant is wonderful, however, the staff make the five stars I gave shine bright. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Both meals were delicious. Breakfast is not to be missed with all of its freshness. It is a leisurely time to enjoy all four courses, so go early if you have a busy day ahead of you, or if after you will want to fall into a nice food coma 😴

I am really into breakfast. To me it is the most important meal. Without I am not who I am. So, in this hotel, I had the best, and I mean outstanding excellent breakfast in my life. Ever. The ingredients were all fresh, the marmelade freshly made by the wife of the owner. The scrambled eggs with cheese were served with fresh fruits. The coffee was freshly made and of high quality and with it, a freshly pressed juice (outstanding, I saw, how it was made by the waiter) was served. And then there was the owner who served us so well. He recognized that I am no morning person, and so, he comforted me by saying that all is good and normal and this is what breakfast is like there when putting the napkin where it really belongs. Then, he was the only waiter there, because of vacation of the others, so he was really sorry in the end because he felt he served to slow. But this was not even the case. The breakfast, consisting of two courses, was served in a timely manner. All in all spent 1 hour in the restaurant. Thank you to this amazing owner, who was so nice and smiled all the time and made me feel like a queen. I cannot provide pictures (unfortuntately) because I don't write reviews normally and also, I don't like bringing my phone to the table.

We had dinner here on 21.07.2023 the staff was excellent very attentive and professional. Sadly we got food poisoning and was sick for two days. You guys need to re-evaluate your food routines. We had the cheese and ham platter, cecar salad and a pizza.

This hotel is a real gem...started from the friendly welcoming to the great and clean rooms. Diner in the rooftop restaurant was also good, parking in the yard also convenient. The most amazing thing is the breakfast served by the owner himself, freshly prepared and lovely arranged with lots and lots local products (jam was made by the owners wife for example) HIGHLY recommended!

This hotel was a really lovely surprise, especially because of the owner/waiter who serves at the breakfast. He was simply the best with his attitude and grace. Breakfast was honestly one of the best we have ever eaten in any hotel! It was all made at the spot, very well thought through and with excellent quality. It was more than enough to get our stomachs full. Fresh juice, homemade bread, yoghurt and jams among other things. The room was lovely as well. There are only around 5 or 6 rooms at this hotel, all on the second floor. Top floor is breakfast area and restaurant at the lower floor. There was a slight damp odour in the room but after a few minutes it wasn't noticeable anymore. The selection of toiletries was superb in the room, everything you could imagine, up to comb and shoe polish. Really everything! Room was not cleaned during our two night stay but they asked if we need anything to be changed and brought fresh towels. All in all an excellent choice and probably our favourite hotel during our trip!

The hotel does not respect the guests. I had a reservation for ten days and my reservation was canceled after five days due to giving my room to other guests. The way of dealing was very bad. The problem was solved by being given the option to go one night to another hotel and come back the next day or to leave the hotel and this behavior is very disgusting Bye, the room is given to another person because he paid more

This hotel has the most enthousiastic owner and staff we have ever met. My daughter and I were in Tirana to celebrate my sixtieth birthday and that day the owner put candles in the fantastic breakfast, as a surprise! The morning of check out, we had to leave early to catch our plane, so the whole breakfast was wrapped to take-away, and the staff lead us through the storm to our taxi! We will certainly come back (this time without storm Ciarán and Domingos)!

Great service, clean, cozy rooms with AC. Breakfast is an experience, with fresh homemade dishes, carefully served in courses. I definitely recommend this place.

Very good hotel, good sized rooms and quite modern. Couldn't be in a better position for the city. Breakfast was an amazing 3 course process...really well done.

I attempted to reserve a table at the restaurant by calling the number listed on the official site. Unfortunately, the person who answered was unprofessional and hurriedly directed me to contact the manager without confirming the number. Upon trying the provided number, it turned out to be incorrect. Subsequent attempts to reach the restaurant's official number were met with unhelpful hang-ups, leaving me disappointed with the overall unprofessionalism.

Very nice quality for the not high price. Unique breakfast, owners are very kind people. Central location near the airport shuttles. Recommend!

The staff is so professional, the room is so clean and you have all the goods in the bathroom. The breakfast was amaziiinggg. My second time staying here will definitely come back every time i visit Tirana!!!

Only went for the breakfast after being urged by my parents. I personally didn’t think it was worth the hype. Yes it’s a good view, and great service! Very nice environment. But food wise, I thought it was especially that good… the juice was fresh and homemade! I wasn’t a big fan of the cakes and yoghurt, and the bread was a bit stale. The omelet was okay and pretty but for me the bacon was super salty and the fruits just was very sour and scattered with cheese which I found odd…

A small but nice hotel, in an interesting looking building, in a good location, practically in the center of Tirana, a few minutes walk from Skanderbeg Square. My room was small, but sufficient, because for me it is a place where I just want to sleep after an exhausting day of exploring the city. Tastefully decorated, clean and well lit room, with a large very comfortable bed and wooden floor, it also had a small balcony with City view. On the roof there is a restaurant with large windows overlooking the surrounding area. Breakfast is served here, which is not only tasty, but also beautifully presented. As a Chef, I must say that breakfast is a very big plus of this hotel. Very professional crew is another plus of the hotel (Berta and Klajdi, thank you)!

A Near perfect place to stay. At city center, lots of tourist attractions are in close proximity. Superb breakfast service and very welcoming workers. Rooms are very clean and cozy, Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is so good it can be just visited for that. Definitely suggesting :)

We have been only one night but if we knew we wanted more nights but unfortunately we had to go. Since the beginning to the end one of the best hotel we stayed. Receptionist are very welcome and smiling, breakfast style for a 5 star hotel as they serve fresh food and juice served at the table not ugly and boring buffet. The waiter smiling and explained the breakfast food while serving as a gourmet restaurant unbelievable service, many thanks.

Perfect dinner. We asked the waiter for advise. He promissed to prepare something special. It was delicious! The Menu is not impresive one, but the advise was great! We will be back!

The room was rather small, but for 2 nights we didn't mind. Although it's right in the center it's rather quiet, I slept like a baby. Also, the breakfast is superb and the service at the restaurant impeccable.

Fabulous place to stay & to eat! The rooms are clean and well appointed... and breakfast is, frankly, amazing. Staff is the friendliest and most helpful I’ve encountered in a long time. Dinner and wine are excellent, and also a great value. Highly recommend staying and dining here if you are in Tirana.

I cannot reccomend this hotel enough! I was blown away by the staff every day, ask for anything and they'll be happy to help! The included breakfast was a must do every morning of you stay as it is the most incredible breakfast I've ever had! If you are staying in Tirana this is the best place to be.

This is a straight up 5 star restaurant. The waiters are the nicest, most helpful waiters you can meet! The food is amazing, full of taste with nice atmosphere and cheap prices. I love it!

Exquisite breakfast

Amazing staff who were not only friendly but went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Thank you Goni for taking care of us when we arrived at an ungodly hour in the morning and made sure we had a place to catch some rest before our room was ready for check in. Much appreciated! The breakfast was also super fresh and tasty and the view is a bonus. Location of hotel is just a stones throw from the bazaars and a short stroll to the main square. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!

OMG! It's worth stay the night just for breakfast! The rooms are very nice and well-equipped. Great service! Food in the restaurant very good, especially ... the pizza. A climatic place and it is worth spending the night here when in Tirana. Best breakfast ever!

This restaurant was amazing. The service was great, we arrived very close to the restaurant closing and they stayed open longer so we could finish. The pizza's where extremely tasty and we could have easily eaten 4 pizzas with 5 people. After we finished they package the leftovers for us. The meal was very cheap and the quality is as high if not higher as all the other luxurious restaurants in the city!

Amazing service, all the staff were extremely lovely and thoughtful, the breakfast was exceptional and the beds were very comfortable. Though a humble size, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff really go out of their way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Will definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Tirana.

Very friendly and polite staff. This was our first night in Albania. We rent a car and were horrified by the traffic and not sure if I died and met heaven when arriving at this hotel. Spacoius, clean and aircondition on a fourty degrees day is most welcoming. We got each our wonderful pizza at the restaurant on the roof in a relaxing atmosphere and took a nap on our hotel room before exploring the city where everything is just around the corner. I loved Tirana; the crazy warm temprature, the pulsating downtown, the buildings, the Albanian culture and all the different scents and sceneries. To find a quiet and luxurious hotel room in a busy city center is highly recommended. And the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for a nice stay! Best regards, the Norwegian couple
