Good location it’s near the center. They have new and old rooms. New one are so much better and you can see the difference. Breakfast fast was great, a lot of options. Staffs were friendly and trying to make us comfortable as possible as they can. So, couldn’t ask for more. They have gym and it was good for simple workout only, they have to work on it. Otherwise everything was so good and we enjoyed our stay. Recommended 👍🏻

Please look no further for a hotel. Compared to the other hotels in Albania, which are just bells and whistles, the staff at Rogner are top notch. The breakfast buffet is amazing as well. The rooms can do with some updating but no matter what Rogner will be our primary stay next time in Tirana.

Just had a very upsetting experience. We use the Rogner nearly daily during the summer when we visit Tirana, and have stayed there on several occasions, but this year 2022 is different. The service is bad and the staff rude. We were told we couldn’t access the pool at 9.30 am as there was an event that evening, despite posters up welcoming people in until later that day. Then as we went to leave, the parking attendant refused to let us leave the car park without paying full price! We had been parked for two minutes before being sent away. The previous day we were charged around 700 lek for 2 frankfurter on their own on a plate as they forgot all the other parts that come with the meal and the chips. The staff seem disinterested and unwelcoming. Not what you expect from a five star and certainly not the treatment we are used to there. I can’t believe we have been sent away like criminals today after all the time and money we have spent there. Loyal customers deserve better and The Rogner has just lost us as customers. We will not be staying there this year and we will spend our money elsewhere where we feel welcome and are not overcharged and treated made to feel like dirt.

The positive: The hotel is very well situated close to the centre and in direct proximity of cafes and restaurants of Blloku area. It also has a decent pool for a city hotel. Beware though that the pool is filled with screaming kids throughout the day. There is a decent breakfast and it is the only hotel we stayed in Albania that had fresh orange juice and fresh coffee made to your requirement. The negative: We were looking forward to staying at this hotel and all was up to a good start - we checked into a Superior Double Room on the top floor of the hotel. The room was specious, modern and had a nice view of the city. We noticed that the room was very hot but expected it would cool down after switching the air conditioning on. A few hours later the room temperature didn’t decrease despite air conditioning being on lowest setting and we requested the reception to check it. Several hour later the room temperature was still exceeding 25 C and requested the reception once again to resolve the situation. A technician came to our room for the 2nd time and told us that the air conditioning system in the room was not strong enough to cool the temperature further. The reception insisted that we wait further and if the situation wouldn’t improve until we get back from dinner after 10pm they would offer us a different room. At that point I expressed my deep dissatisfaction with the situation and how it was handled. We were offered an alternative room with working air conditioning which was located one floor lower and facing the garden. However, the room was much smaller, extremely dated and run down, it had no blackout curtains and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been renovated since the 90’s. We found somebody’s hair in the bathroom, the toilet was stained and there was mould in between the tiles in the shower. The room came across of much lower category than our initial accommodation and it was located opposite the entrance to the lift. The verdict: Our stay at Rogner Hotel was disappointing, and we experienced unnecessary stress and inconvenience because the reception staff didn’t act to the standard you would expect of a 5-star hotel. The room we stayed in didn’t meet the 5-star standard either and it was more of a dated 3-star hotel. Otherwise, I’m sure we would have enjoyed staying at this hotel.

One of the top hotels in Tirana: specious rooms, comfortable bed, great breakfast with excellent coffee specialties. The food at the restaurant (lunch) was also very good. Lush greens in the garden. Quiet, yet centrally located.

Lovely and friendly staff, great restaurants and local shops/supermarkets within walkable distances. The rooms were clean and well-presented. The gym was kitted out nicely and the pool looked great (despite being closed until May, which is understandable as it's cold!). Ideal for couples and business travellers as was nice and quiet.

One of the more expensive hotels in Tirana. Good value, visited in october. Standard rooms are quite large, everything worked, breakfast nice.

Went to the pool space and was dissapointed - the venue was lovely - but the pool bar was closed and getting service was extremely difficult. Would expect a waiter to be available to the area as it was so busy, and entry had to be paid

Very good hotel, with nice breakfast options (freshly made coffee), lots of waiters and friendly personnel. Couldn't use the pool, but looked good too.

We stayed for a total of 5 nights in the hotel and we are happy with our choice. It is conveniently located at the heart of the city. The staff are friendly and helpful especially the waitress named Matilda whenever me and my son get our free breakfast at their hall. The rooms are clean and decent. They give free small chocolate candy, coffee, tea and water. The housekeeping staff are friendly and quick to respond when we needed something. I would stay here again when we visit Tirana.

We liked this hotel. Booked it for 2 nights. Great help through email before we arrived. Really good service. We booked this hotel just because they had pool. A nice pool with nice bar!! Nice breakfast. Nice rooms, but quite old design. Very good staff!! Very good location. Free parking outside.

A friend and I stayed at the hotel for a week in July 2023. I can highly recommend it. The location is good - in walking distance to Skanderbeg Square - and next to the Prime Minister’s office (one evening we left the hotel the street was blocked – we learned that it was because Bill Clinton was visiting Tirana and was going to give a public speech in front of the Prime Minister’s office – so we saw him and heard his speech). The staff is polite and friendly. The rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet is good and has a very varied selection. The only negative thing to say is actually related to the breakfast buffet: you are bound to gain some weight ;-)

My favorite hotel in Tirana. Very friendly, professional, and helpful staff. Clean and well-maintained rooms. An additional advantage is having its own photovoltaic panels, which is not only good for the environment but also doesn't limit the use of electricity (e.g., for air conditioning on hot days). The hotel has a nice pool. Breakfasts are very varied, with an omelette and soft-boiled eggs station. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Rogner Hotel. The service was impeccable and made for a fantastic experience. The garden is a beautiful oasis in the heart of the city. Can’t recommend it enough!

A fabulous hotel in a great location. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!! And we loved the view from our balcony!

I was at the Rogner for almost a month, and I would give this hotel 3 stars at the most. -Food is adequate. -Service is terrible. -Rooms are hot even in November. The air conditioning barely cools, but don't open a window unless you like mosquitoes. There are no screens. -The refrigerator is the minibar, so full of items I did not want and is barely cooler than the room. There are better hotel options in Tirana. The Marriot, or The Plaza as suggestions.

This place was not only centrally located, but an all-around absolutely fantastic property to stay at while visiting Tirana! The team and staff that work here are extremely friendly. You can exchange currency right at the front desk without a conversion fee. The place is decorated beautifully and has many amenable facilities, including meeting rooms, a pool, spa, and a beautiful dining area with absolutely fantastic offerings for breakfast lunch and dinner. The bar is very quaint and comfortable with great staff and fabulous drinks located right in the center of the property. The rooms are extremely clean and well-kept and all areas of the property are accessible within minutes. Walking distance to everything. Thank you!

Very good hotel, nice sauna and hammam. Good drinks at the bar. Very good breakfast. Comfy rooms. (the lunch we had ordered as part of our workshop could be better for a 5 star hotel though)

Very nice comfortable hotel with cool gym and nice relaxing area next to the swimming pool. So quiet what's surprising in the middle of city centre. Greate spa unfortunately not included in the price but worth experiencing. Breakfast included in the price so big you can't never eat it all 🙈👏🏽

Hello, want to leave comment for yesterday new year evening. Food was disgusting, like the taste was horrible and it didnt seem to be fresh at all. I put only 3 stars for personel work and for respecting all anticovid measures. At least next time respect people's spent money and make food taste minimum eatable. Hotel in center of tirana with high standards shouldnt have such a bad cuisine.

One of the nicest places in Tirana, to have a meeting or conference. The staff is very kind and helpful, catering and service are perfect. So many halls to organise your event fitting to as many people as you want to make together.

If I could I would split this review in two parts. First, my wedding organized at this hotel and second, the stay at the hotel with my family. The first part deserved 5 stars, as it truly was an amazingly organized wedding, with delicious food and wine, professional service and everything that you could wish for as a bride. The manager of the events at the hotel has made our life very easy, has thought of everything possible and has proven Rogner to be the best hotel to do a wedding in Albania (which believe me it is not that easy). The price was more than fair and the event hall was extraordinary. However, the stay at our hotel was slightly different. Many guests of our wedding were staying there so I could get the feedback of different people. The hotel in itself is situated at the centre of the city, so no one could complain about that. The garden and pool area are truly beautiful and build on oasis of green in the middle of the capital. Breakfast was remarkable, everything you could possible eat was offered and many people said that they drank there the best coffee of their lives (even better than in Italy, which is something). However, for the price the rooms were a bit old, dingy, dark and not that comfy (I could however not complain about that since we were situated in the suite). And the worst part is the service on the day-to-day restaurant. We had to wait for about 45 min to get a menu, and then up to 1 hour to receive our food. This should not happen at a hotel of this caliber! It was not about shortage of staff, as many waiters were just staying inside and not working. I guess it would have been more helpful to close the kitchen for a few hours in the afternoon, rather than offer it and not be able to follow the client's wishes. As a host, I felt very unconfortable with their time management. Nevertheless, when spoken to the waiters they were very nice about it and apologized. At this part I'd like to say hat's off to the main-Waiter who spoke perfect german, was delightful and just overall lovely. Also the young waiter at our wedding (the one with braces) was amazing at his job and I wish him all the best! Finally, all in all, this was a great experience, and were I to do it again, I would to it at Rogner. Still there are still some things that need improving. Thanks to the team and everyone that helped make this night memorable.

I stay in this hotel for 28 days once I arrive I got the key for the room I was with my wife and at the front desk first thing they told me oh you need to pay €20 extra because you have your wife with you can you imagine I booked a room I paid everything after that they keep asking me €20 extra for my wife number two you go to swimming pool they don't have beds and when I asked them they said sorry we don't have anymore Beds. Number three food disgusting not fresh at all. I recommend Hotel Plaza excellent service beautiful rooms same price as Rogner !!

Great little hotel in the heart of Tirana. Wonderful gardens and pool to chill out after a working day, best hotel breakfast I’ve had in ages. Rooms are simply decorated but do the job. Mattress was brand new and really comfortable. The reasons I’m taking a star off are (i) the rather old fashioned habit of not providing decently priced mineral water in the rooms - they only had “fancy” Italian water very overpriced, as if guests couldn’t get that everywhere. What’s wrong with Albanian water?!? And (II) lack of clear separation between smoking and non-smoking areas. No one deserves to sit down for a coffee and have an a-hole sitting on the next table trying to suffocate you with cigarette smoke.

We stayed for one night as a family in July 2022. I have to say the staff, location and room were pretty good. Actually above average. The restaurant food was decent, and the breakfast was very nice. Sadly, the restaurant manager was extremely drunk and talked to us in his drunken state which made us feel pretty uncomfortable. What ruined our whole stay though was the increibly loud music. When we arrived around 6pm there was a wedding reception where as the night progressed the 80s, and 90s classics were turned up so loud that it was simply impossible to sit on our balcony without getting hearing damage. Then, when that ended at around 10 in the evening, you could finally hear the techno club in the high rise right behind the tennis courts in the garden courtyard of the hotel. This fantastic base fueled mega party went on until 11:50 at night. Including the screaming and extacy fueled excitment of the raving guests. So we were forced to schedule our sleep rythem accordingly. Not to mention how unnrelxing a constant, and I mean constant barage of base drums and the various "songs" forced upon us. For this reason, we will never return to this hotel again. I urge everyone to ask in advance if the club is going to be open or if there is a wedding reception planned during your stay before booking a garden view hotel room at this place.

What I loved the most about the hotel is their Hair salon the hairdresser is so professional, lovely and friendly her name is Marjeta, she have a very good techniques and I loved her work, and walked out pleased and happy! The hotel is lovely located in the best area of Tirana, walking distance to most of the city attractions, very nice and top restaurants around. Their staff are very friendly, nice, helpful, and always smiling. The room is pretty much decent not luxurious as a 5 star hotel, the bathroom toilet had some black stains. Their garden area is so lovely, swimming pool is small not cleaned well always has insects and leaves. I also tried the spa and recommend it. Definitely I recommend this hotel, and it will be my choice for my next visit !

It is always a pleasure being at this place. It is central, fast internet, safe, has pool and balconies on the inside for people secretly smoking. Ideal! :-)
