Oil, vinegar, a lot of fish, no detectable garlic. It wasn't awful, but it wasn't Caesar, either. But the chicken in it was awesome! The wine was very good. All in all, it was an average meal in Tirana. Service was slow and as the place became more crowded, it became slower. That said, I think there were only 2 waiters handling a rather large crowd. Laveen is tastefully decorated with a large outdoor area, comfy and cozy back rooms, and LOUD 'techno' music (?) that is so popular these days. If you like a driving beat with a melody consisting of only 2 uninspired chords played repeatedly, at a volume that precludes conversation, this is the place for you! I would go again, maybe not on a Friday night for dinner.
