Great Hotel, great Spa and great service. Its a bit outside the center but there is a bus stop on the street and a bus ride only costs 40 leke and takes like 10 minutes. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

AMAZING SERVICE AND STAFF. I stayed at this Hotel for six nights in September 2022. What an amazing hotel, I was greeted with such kindness and this continued throughout my stay. The room was fantastic, clean, modern, and spacious. I can’t complain about anything. The restaurant was fantastic with a beautiful view. Spa is one of the best Luxury Spa in Tirana. All of the Hotel staff were amazing specially Erjona.

We booked lux room in this hotel. The door was broken, it didn’t close(they fixed it after I said). The glass the room smelled of cigarettes, the glass that was given to me in the spa was unwashed and full of some dustbins.Also there is a very “good” service: you can use a swimsuit or swimming trunks, of course reusable. I was denied breakfast because I was wearing a robe.

5 stars don't do justice! This hotel and its staff have been phenomenal. From check-in to breakfast to the spa has been a top class experience. Facilities are fantastic, food is delicious and the service is out of this world. This is my 11th hotel stay this year and by far the best experience. Hands down a wonderful place to stay. I stayed for 4 nights it was amazing the size of the room are very good and the staff were amazing and friendly and they will help you with everything you need Also there are a very nice spa and inside pool. The location of the hotel is on the edge of Tirana but if you want to go to the middle of the city it will be from 10-15 min by car. The restaurant of the hotel have very good delicious food. I recommend if you want to visit Tirana to stay in this hotel.
