Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Nothing fancy just sleek, modern, no fuss rooms, extremely well furnished and finished. Staff were so friendly, helpful and spoke impeccable English. If you’re visiting Tirana and aren’t sure where to stay, do yourself a favour and book this place. Location isn’t slap bang in the centre but Tirana isn’t very big so is easily walkable.

The one star was for the room which was very nice but the rest of the experience was so awful that I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I have traveled to may countries and stayed and many hotels and I have never had such a horrible experience with staff and management. I suppose if there was nothing wrong with your booking and there were absolutely no issues that a hotel manager had to deal with (even apparently a slight one that anyone with decent hotel management background could manage in their sleep), then a stay at this hotel might be fine. But we warned that if there is even the slightest problem, this hotel management will not be able to deal with it in a professional manner. Pros: - well appointed apartments available with kitchens and living rooms Cons - horrible customer service and management - not a true hotel with it's own building and lobby. It is incorporated into a residential apartment building which is not clear on the website - fees created out of thin air to squeeze customers for more money - website claims amenities that were not included in all the rooms: breakfast, ipad and safe in the room. - good neighborhood close to a lovely park but about a 20 min walk to the city center

The rooms are beautifully designed and have a very high international standard. Recently they opened a new lounge/reception area with excellent food offerings. Glad i have found that place almost 4 years ago, as it is in my optioning the best place to stay in tirana if you are looking for a high international hotel standard. PS: The Staff is outstanding and can arrange everything for you.

Best Business Hotel in Tirana!

Unfortunately this hotel has shrunk due to covid and is no longer the excellent pace which it used to be. I stayed in a 'double' room with two single beds and no room beside the bed. When I stayed there in June 2021, the staff has been reduced from 20 to three. and breakfast was at a local cafe; Good, but not the same as The Rooms. Such a shame.

A fantastic hotel apartment stay in the heart of Tirana! A 2 minute walk to a beautiful lake with many coffee shops , and a 5 minute walk to the center of the city where the hype is. The apartment is very clean and fully equipped. Air conditioning , latest tv with netflix and many other apps. Towels, shampoo, and slippers are provided. Housekeeping can visit daily or every other day. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy at the building. We were greeted by Yuri and she showed us around the apartment. Very friendly and fluent in english so the communication is smooth and easy. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tirana.
