I was in Tirana in 2017 for a business travel. We stayed in Sky Tower. The rooms are bigger from the adopted standard for size. The breakfast including a variety of dishes (incl. vegetarians). The price for accommodation is over the average.

The bar spins around and you can chill up there during you are having a nice view of the city but that’s all. The service is really slow, the staff are not friendly at all. We ordered a cake and ice cream and it took more than half an hour to serve it. The cake was good but the ice cream was the worst I have ever had. At least they work with not that expensive prices.

After reading reviews of poor service, I almost skipped this, but I wanted to see the view. I’m glad I went...the view was lovely, the drinks were reasonably priced, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer! They also make a darn good cosmo!
