The hotel is fine. Excellent location and really helpful staff HOWEVER, the pool was out of action, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Also, the balcony had only a single chair, no table, which we did ask for later, but it never arrived. Room was pretty small and the furniture didn't fit. Bed super comfortable. Maybe 2 stars is a bit tight, but when the hotel is lacking the very things you booked it for.......

Sauna and Turkish batch are CLOSED!! They will not mention this beforehand, so be aware. Location is great, heart of the city. Breakfast is okay. Cleanliness is not okay, bit scruffy and way too much perfume used in the room. Rooms sizes are good. Don’t stay at the street side, we had too much noise during the nights. We did sleep with the window open because of the terrible perfume smell that gave us a headache. No toiletries, just a dental kit and universal soap, so take your own. But that’s okay, because that’s what you can expect for the price. All in all. Would not stay again, but if you don’t mind the pool being closed and a heavy (ICI Paris XL) smell in your room, that you cannot get out, you should be happy here!

We didn't book rooms but stayed for a drink in the bar. Quite place in comparison to other bars that are next to the main road. Service was friendly and fast.

Had a great stay here. The staff is very friendly and fun, location is perfect. The courtyard bar is 24/7 because it’s on premise (during covid there are curfew closures etc. So this is a big bonus!). Room was clean, breakfast decent. As a side note, I saw online some places they have a pool- this is no longer accurate as it was turned into the gym space. The sauna is still there though!

They should be more precise with their parking options on booking. Everything else was fine: the room had everything we needed and was clean. Breakfast was good and the (very young) receptionist spoke English very well.

I didn't get the room reserved in writing, but the way staff dealt with the issue when I checked out really made my day! It showed that the place is not about the money but about the guests. Thank you for this!

This lovely place in the heart of Tirana is well runned by a young stuff ready to satisfy every customers' request. Breakfast is quite rich and the room was confortable.

We found this hotel by chance when our original booking in another place turned out to not exist. It was so lovely we booked stay on our next time in Tirana. Great ambiance, service and an oasis in the centre of a busy city.

Nice, clean hotel and great location in the center of Tirana. What made my husband and I’s experience especially great was the outstanding service from the staff. Gerando helped us so much throughout our stay and we are very grateful - from offering his recommendations in the area to helping us with taxis locally and even set up a taxi for us to go to Saranda. The primary taxi service they use is particularly great too - honestly such wonderful, hospitable people here. Thank you again for such a nice time in Tirana!

The Sar’Otel is simply amazing. The staff are beyond friendly, they are warm, welcoming and treat you like family. The room was exceptionally clean, and the continental breakfast has something for everyone. It was hard to leave.

It was the best stay we had in Albania! The hotel is very clean, great rooms, very accessible location right at the centre. The staff is super nice, no hotel in Albania had good hospitable staff but staff here was very welcoming specially Gerando who would go out of his way to help you out. I highly recommend this if you want to have a nice time in Tirana, worth every penny.

Key advantage of this hotel Hotel is its location: in the very center of the city. All the key attractions can be reached by foot. e.g.: we went to a free walking-tour of the city. The meeting point was Opera-house (main city square) and it was literally 4min. by foot. Same can be said for key museums (Bunkart2 and National Museum of History). Another highlight: hotel personnel, who were extremely helpful, attentive and professional. They helped us with every detail. Since we left 4AM to catch an early flight, we asked and the staff prepared some sandwiches and coffee for take-out. Hotel provided a close-by underground parking for 4EUR per night. Which is very nice, because otherwise one would be hard-pressed to find a public parking spot around this area. Nice interior and extra-nice inner-yard (where the hotel serves breakfast as well). Well hidden from the bustle of the city. So one can enjoy calm and private space of the hotel and then jump right into the action of the city :) Quiet rooms. Room interior not amazing, but quite good. Spacious bathroom. Food quality good. Breakfast presented in a for of buffet. Decent selection. Good coffee. The mattress was too soft for my personal taste (1-world problems ;) ). But otherwise everything was perfect.

Wonderful place to stay with fantastic staff eager to help, very talkative and with pro- client attitude. A nice terrace to sit and have breakfast. Close to everything 😉 the centre of Tirana is just round the corner. Great value for money

Sar'Otel was one of the most amazing hotel stays I've ever had in my life. The staff was beyond thoughtful, welcoming, and hospitable -- going above and beyond to make our stay a dream come true. They care so deeply about their guests in a GENUINE way. We left feeling like it was the highlight of our trip -- and with memories that made our hearts so happy. Would 11/10 recommend this hotel to anyone. Can't wait to come again!

The staff was excellent and very polite. The room was very clean and cosy while at the same time luxurious. The beds are wonderful since they are anatomical and with memory foam. Definitely would recommend!

We used this place for business travel stay of our company. To summarize it: it is fantastic. The rooms, the bar, the location and the staff is super. We will come back for sure. I would also recommend this place for a privat stay. Cheers!
