We were on the city street side and didn’t have much noise. Very heavy drapes helped keep light and noise out. There was construction across the way and as I was dressing I did notice a security guard on a Sunday morning eating his breakfast, so quickly pulled the drapes! 🤗 The bathroom had a shower only but was clean and bright. Not much lighting in the bedroom area, but enough to see and the windows did bring in light if you opened the drapes. The lobby was nice and the breakfast satisfied especially if you like sweets. We are not sweet eaters but still found the selection adequate to meet our specific tastes. We did not really use the services, so will remain neutral in commenting.

The hotel is located centrally and is a few minutes walk from Skanderbeg Square, the National History Museum, Et'hem Bej Mosque, restaurants and grocery stores. The WiFi was good throughout my stay. The breakfast was more than satisfactory. My room was very clean and neat and was quite roomy with my twin bed. Shower had consistent hot water, there was a safe and mini-fridge. The bed was comfortable and the window opened to allow fresh air since the central A/C had not been turned on yet in April. Noise was not an issue on the 7th floor.

Everything was just a walking distance from here (the main square is just a minute walk, almost just behind the corner) and the hotel is easy to find. The rooms are spacious and clean, with enough sockets for charging your devices and the WiFi is pretty good so you can do some work at the nice table or even watch some movies online. The bathroom is very nice with excellent shower. Although the windows (from our room) are looking at the very busy street, the sound isolation is great and you’ll have no problem sleeping well there. The staff is also very helpful and they know English very well. The breakfast is decent and not the one to remember but you will not stay hungry there. It is more suitable for a three star hotel than for a four star hotel such as Opera and it should have more salty options (scrambled eggs are expected for a 4-star, not just boiled or sunny side up) while sweets could have some other taste than just sugar. But OK, it is obviously an Italian breakfast rather than a continental one.
