I had a wonderful time at the hotel when we visited Tirana with my husband for a period of 2 weeks. The hotel's attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the tasteful decor of the rooms to the friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering guests a comfortable stay. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious and authentic Albanian cuisine, showcasing the best of the local produce and flavors. The breakfast buffet is also a highlight, offering a wide selection of fresh and delicious options to start your day off right. What really sets the Brilant Antik Hotel apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that their guests have an unforgettable experience. Overall, the Brilant Antik Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Tirana. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Albania and looking for an exceptional hotel experience.

Was a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. This hotel is in the center of Tirana close to all the restaurants and lively activities to enjoy with walking distance. The accommodations for the room and the services were outstanding with friendly staff. The owner Vladimir offered to drive us to a destination which made us feel welcomed. The room was spacious and very clean. This hotel is definitely a place we recommend for their hospitality and location.

I booked the room here looking at the Great feedback. However a gross disappointment. Great location and perhaps the only plus point. Now the negatives: - Water in the shower hardly warm in the mornings. The reception contests telling thR I should let the water flow for 5 to 10 minutes to get it hot and that they have a 4,000 litre heater. Even 20 minutes of draining didn't help - Mediocre breakfast - Super noisy fridge in the room - Inefficient room layout. Big table that eats up most space and not even a chair provided - No kettle to heat water Surely not 4* in any angle

Really nice staff, they helped me with my bags and told me about the history of the building. Very cool. Room was nicely set up, with aircon and a clean nice bathroom. Will have to come back next time !

An antique hotel near the Tirana centre. Rooms may not be as big as you feel in the picture. But good staying experience with very good supportive staff. It was same breakfast every day, but ok for a short stay.

Very cozy and clean hotel in the center of Tirana (but very private area, so you don’t hear the city noises). Staff very nice and helpful (Vladimir was very nice with us)

The Brilant Antique Hotel is a charming boutique hotel located in the heart of Tirana's trendy Blloku neighborhood. The hotel is housed in a beautifully restored building with a classic vintage feel that perfectly complements the area's hip and trendy vibe. One of the standout features of the hotel is its exceptional hospitality. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, ensuring that each guest's stay is comfortable and enjoyable. From personalized recommendations on things to do in the area to arranging transportation, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a memorable stay. The hotel's rooms are classic and elegant in style and feature modern amenities such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TVs. Some rooms also include balconies that offer great views of the city. The hotel also has a lovely outdoor terrace where guests can enjoy breakfast or a drink and take in the stunning views of the city. The breakfast spread is especially noteworthy as it includes a variety of delicious local specialties. With its perfect location, excellent hospitality, and classic vintage feel, the Brilant Antique Hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable experience in Tirana. I highly recommend it!

Antic Brilant hotel is marvelous in terms of its architecture and interior design. If what you want is to sleep in a traditional Albanian house, this is your hotel. The room was clean and everything was spotless. The breakfast is very rich and varied. And Vladimir's attention, very good from start to finish. We even had to try the rakia that they make at the hotel. We have been left to dine in the dining room decorated in the traditional style. We will definitely be back. thank you vladimir

The hotel lobby looks great, but I had a bad scamming experience. Our room wasn’t available because it “got flooded due to the rain”. They could’ve called us beforehand so we didn’t make the drive all the way over there and couldve booked something else. The hotel manager was all too eager to help us out of this situation and offered us a hotel next door for 5 euros more than it was offered online. The quality of the hotel wasn’t comparable and it didn’t seem like this was the first time he went in to show these rooms to guests. When we told him we werent interested in the other hotel he took the phone out of my hands twice to cancel the reservation from our side, instead of rightfully cancelling our booking from his hotel account. I told him that I wanted to hold my phone myself. Still somehow in my dutch menu (mind you I assume this is a language he doesnt speak) , he managed to click through my phone from the opposite side and cancel the booking for me. He knew the menu as the back of his pocket. It was very clear that he Didn’t want to cancel our booking from his business account and that they overbook on the regular and bring the guests to their neighboring hotel. The hotel manager is very friendly and nice and I totally understand that people would fall for this. I think it’d be a really nice place to stay and the reviews are great but theres no way this scam didnt happen to other people.

A very cozy hotel with a more rustic feeling. The room was nice, with plenty of space and all that was needed for some good sleep. The location is also perfect for anyone looking to explore the center of Tirana. Restaurants and shopping is not far away. Only downside was the breakfast. Could be my taste and wishes that did not fit with what was on offer. The breakfast will most likely be acceptable for most visitors.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's well located, clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. Sometimes it got a bit noisy but that's more to do with other guests. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars close by

Do not get room #12 that is up many steep stairs with no lift! The bathroom had no shower enclosure, so the water went all over the towels, toliet, and my stuff. The room is run down with missing door handles and cracked sink. Not 4 star quality. They wrote they had a tourist map, but when I arrived they had nothing! The complete breakfast included fried eggs and other buffet items served in a cute cellar downstairs. The location is in a nice part of Tirana minus the street trash and walkable to main square.

This is a hidden gem in the centre of the city. Its rooms are fantastic, the staff so friendly and knowledgeable, and it’s so quiet. Had the best experience and the beds are ultra comfortable. Please do book as I can definitely recommend it. You are so close to everything and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast are fresh and very plentiful in an amazing room. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will be back.

I had a very pleasant stay. Rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is delicious. Hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating. Hotel location is excellent: within a walking distance to central bus station, square and castle, but still the hotel is in a quiet place. I loved the way the hotel is decorated, which gave a very pleasant feeling.

The most special hotel in Tirana. I would recommend it to anyone who visits Tirana. Perfect location in City center . Dont take a car , you have everything nearest. It is the most classic hotel with a very special design. It is an Oasis of Peace where inside the hotel you can find everything you are looking for, from hospitality to anything. I will return every time.

Don't believe the reactions under one star reviews, they have lied under this review. First of all our airconditioning barely functioned and was incredibly loud. Our tv remote did not have any batteries. We asked for a taxi and we got a taxi, but we got driven around by one of the people from the hotel. He was a nice guy, but when we asked him to bring us to the piramid he insisted on brining us the the stadium and charged us 8 euro's for 1 kilometer of extra driving. When we complained about this to the female staff member she brushed of our concerns and acted annoyed. The breakfast sure wasn't 4 stars. The milk I had was sour. This hotel claims to be 4 stars, but you are better off getting a different hotel for the price. They are also lying in the reaction. We were never offered an upgrade, the room was not cleaned three times a day, my mother was sick, she did not bleed and we cleaned the floor ourselves while she was sick. We did not ask for a tour, we asked for a taxi to bunkart.

I have to say that as a regular and avid traveler, one of the best hotels l've stayed at BRILANT ANTIK HOTEL, in every way - | from amenities, services, location, room, cleanliness and most important staff. I want to give a BIG shoutout and BIG thank you to the EXCEPTIONAL customer service provided by reception girl - at the reception. I was in touch with her prior to arriving in Tirana and she took very good care of me, giving me the best restaurant and lounge recommendations, the best guidance in Tirana and more importantly - the AMAZING upgrade to my fabulous room in the hotel which I still miss very much! Location of the hotel is excellent.Relax ant Most Antique Hotel in all Albania. Finally, I forgot my laptop in the hotel room and only realised this 4 days later, but Manager had my laptop delivered to me at the airport by the hotel driver just in time before I caught my onwards flight. 5 STAR SERVICE, all the way!

Location is great and the hotel accommodations are a good value for the price. Breakfast could be better. The staff is polite and make a great concierge to discover Albania. So why a 2 star review? Well, I was offered a rental car by the owner which would be conveniently dropped off and picked up at the hotel, instead of the airport. I decided to take him on the offer, cancelling the other rental at the airport. We were given an old small Toyota Auris with 250K KM which was not suited for Albania's roadways, had transmission problems the whole way, and eventually the transmission gave up, leaving me stranded in a dangerous mountainous pass in 40c heat. I paid $280 to get the car towed 4 hours to Lushnja, where I was going to get a new car. The owner brought a new car, with no air condition, no seat belts for my kids, and other broken things. When our trip was finally over I felt more like a mechanic than a tourist, I asked to be repaid only for the towing costs and the engine oil -- not for my missed vacation time or for putting my life in danger with a broken old car. The owner refused and blamed me for breaking his car when he knew very well that the car was already in a bad condition when he told me to "go easy on the gas and wait for gears to change robotically". These are the dishonest people you will deal with at this hotel -- they will overcharge for services, rentals, tours, taxis, take cash payments, and will not stand behind their service if anything goes wrong.

Good location in the middle of the town center, big clean rooms and versatile breakfast. Nice hotel with a big personal touch. The former owner had carved all the wooden ceilings and decorations and painted all the paintings. Now, the personal touch comes especially Vladimir, the hotel manager. He was extremely helpful, and if we had had needed anything during our stay in Albania, Vladimir would have arranged it.

The hotel is a real miracle. Everything, starting from the reception, the bar, the restaurant and the room where we stayed, is handmade with a unique style. The hotel is located just 2 minutes from the center in a quiet street where you can sleep without hearing the noise of cars! Near hotel, you can find everything (a large shopping center, Toptani Center, Vodafone Store, Fast Food, Supermarket, Tirana Castle, Parliament, Mosque and Church, which are very close to the opera museum and Skanderbeg Square! The hospitality in the hotel is wow! Super staff and everyone who takes care of you! The breakfast is a miracle (buffet, but you can order for free, fresh omelettes, express coffee without limit and many foods that are organic! Wifi has a speed of 100 mb/s. Parking is located in front of the hotel and is available for free, something you can't find anywhere in Europe. I would recommend it as the hotel you should definitely visit if you come to Albania.

Bathroom was just a wet room without fully enclosed shower. Quite prominent smell of sulphur/ rotting eggs. Reception smells of cigarettes. Location also not in the nicest part of Tirana. Unsure why this place was rated so high. Reception at different times quoted different prices for bottle of water sometimes 100 sometimes 80. Otherwise reception were generally quite helpful with arranging taxi/ covid test etc

Very much appreciated staying at this hotel. Considerate friendly staff. Well appointed twin room with a super spacious bathroom. Probably the best breakfast of our weeks travelling. The last night the sheets didnt fit properly but will forgive them that!. Travelling with a small group from Travel Buddies UK on Meetup. I wouldnt recommend Travel Buddies at all though unless your happy with a lot of negatives. Contact me for detail if interested as not listed anywhere for public review and seems I know the reason now.

The stuff is friendly. The rooms are clean. But what else do you expect in a 4 star hotel? The breakfast was bad. The atmosphere was more like that of a guest house than of a 4 star hotel. Overall we weren't convinced.
