The room s very central& clean , there s water and some snacks incld the room price. They also helped alot and immediate response always. Happy to get back there

Very nice place with a great location right at the center of Tirana. The room was modern, clean and lovingly decorated. The staff was always available via Whatsapp which was very comfortable. They also arranged an airport transfer for us. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic room for a great price. Location is amazing, right in the middle of town. The owner Armand was so kind and helpful, and gave excellent instructions on how to check in which made our first time visiting Albania really easy. Highly recommend!

Modern clean accommodation in a very good location. Disadvantage of the location is that it is on the big road and one hears the traffic. Take your earplugs if you are a sensitive sleeper. The apartment is quite small, but new and nicely designed. There is free water in the fridge and a couple of sweet snacks. Disadvantages: noise outside, no good mirror to apply make up (light in the bathroom is very bad for the makeup), only 1 trash bin (in the bathroom, none under the sink).

Ich kann das Urban Rooms nur wärmstens empfehlen! Es ist von der Lage sehr zentral! Man kann sein Auto im Parkhaus von Toptani parken (hat 24 Stunden geöffnet und kostet bis zu 1200 Lek). Das Zimmer war super sauber, hatte die perfekte Größe und sieht auch in echt so aus wie auf den Bildern. Wasser und Snacks sowie Wifi haben wir umsonst gestellt bekommen. Der Besitzer/Manager ist super hilfsbereit gewesen. Wir hatten ein paar Fragen und er konnte uns sehr schnell helfen. Absolut empfehlenswert! Preis-Leistung wirklich sehr sehr gut!

Nice hotel/rooms, centrally located near Skanderberg Square. Room was clean and tidy, with well functioning airconditioning and shower. Communication with Armand the host went smooth and helped us arrange airport transfers. Free water and snacks were a nice gesture as well.

Nice host and good location the price is bit high but it’s really worth it . The room and toilet is very clean and bed is comfortable. The tea is fantastic. But there is no balcony and Netflix.

THIS IS THE ROOM YOU SHOULD STAY The room is tidy, the bedding is clean, and there is no dust even in the corners. Both Ada and the Cleaning Lady are very friendly and helpful. In particular, ADA has helped us a lot, basically answering every question we asked and being very patient. I really appreciate her very much.

5 Stars are the least you can award for this property. It’s not only a location to stay, it is living with the passion of its creator and host. You can feel this in every corner, welcoming and accommodating. He is super nice host, talented architect with a wonderful taste. Very neat, nice and comfortable hotel to stay. Amazing location just 3 mins walk from the Skanderbeg Square. Absolutely recommended.

Someone's (cleaning lady's I guess) phone was constantly ringing like 20 time a day for almost a week just outside the door.

Wow! The room is spacious, clean and looks new and nice, and it includes water and sweets. The location is in the city center. The host welcome us with a smile and she was friendly and helpful.
