Upon
our
arrival
at
the
hotel,
we
were
disappointed
to
find
a
dirty
room,
with
a
layer
of
dust
on
the
surfaces
and
extremely
dirty
floors,
making
the
room
feel
unclean.
The
state
of
the
toilet
was
particularly
concerning,
clearly
indicating
that
it
had
not
been
properly
cleaned
following
the
previous
guest's
stay.
The
room
we
were
assigned
was
far
from
what
we
had
expected
in
a
4-star
hotel.
We
were
surprised
to
find
a
lack
of
amenities,
with
the
only
exception
being
a
basic
all-in-one
wash
product.
This
experience
did
not
align
with
the
standards
typically
associated
with
a
hotel
of
this
star
rating.
In
terms
of
the
hotel's
offerings,
breakfast,
while
meeting
Albanian
standards,
was
unremarkable
and
poor.
The
breakfast
experience
left
much
to
be
desired,
as
the
quality
of
the
food
fell
short
of
our
expectations.
Additionally,
we
were
disappointed
to
discover
that
if
we
desired
a
cappuccino,
an
extra
charge
was
incurred,
whereas
only
the
basic
filter
coffee
was
provided
free
of
charge.
This
limitation
in
beverage
options
was
somewhat
inconvenient
and
unexpected.
Most
of
the
staff
provided
adequate
service,
with
the
exception
of
one
older
gentleman
who
manned
the
night
shift,
and
unfortunately,
his
behavior
was
notably
impolite.
On
a
more
positive
note,
the
hotel
did
offer
dedicated
parking
facilities,
which
proved
to
be
convenient
for
our
stay.
