I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The best location in the city center, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Easy walking distance everywhere in the center. Beautiful, comfortable room with everything you need - they also gave me an upgrade. Small and functional gym + well-organized sauna & pool services. Professional and courteous personnel. Super-clean. If I come back to Tirana I'll definitely book here again.

The hotel and breakfast was nice and most of the staff very very nice, with the exception of our receptionist at checkout. The checkout process was a bit annoying as she was very concerned if we took something from the minibar (which we didn’t). First I was asked if we used the minibar, and I replied we didn’t. I was told I had to wait until the minibar was checked by staff of the hotel before I could check out. I replied that my wife was still in the room but that they could go and check. They said they had to wait until she left the room. So when my wife came down to reception 2 minutes later, the receptionist asked her right in front of me if she took something from the minibar. She of course said no, but then we still had to wait 5 minutes while she sent someone to check the minibar. I’ve stayed at many different hotels all over the world and was never bothered like this at checkout about the minibar. This was really a first rate hotel very impressive from moment we checked in. Lobby is gorgeous. Highly recommend the deluxe room or imperial suite they are both very special. I only tried two different rooms and unfortunately both really smell of Damp, first room was even worse and one of the staff confirmed themselves too and changed to second room which wasnt much better to say… Paid for 4 nights and had to leave after the very first one! Avoid at all costs… the rooms are a bit outdated and furniture most likely hasnt been changed since Albania left communism!!

Nevertheless, our first night of sleep was interrupted at 3:55am with two large heavily intoxicated men standing at the foot of our bed, in our room!! That’s right! The hotel gave them a key to our room. No physical altercation happened, but it could have. It was difficult to get them to leave in an undressed state. The night staff was dismissive and no help, they even called me a liar. They said come back tomorrow and talk to us. There were major issues with the staff not willing to listen and find out what we needed. First of all, irons are not allowed in rooms so we arrived just before the ironing service finishes, we had dinner booked and needed our clothes ironing. Staff smile and help unlike a lot of places in Albania. Feels very clean throughout. Stop advertising rooftop garden without specifying the dates it's actually open.

One of the finest and best run boutique hotels in Albania, if not the entire region. We stayed here and had our engagement party on the roof. It was incredible experience. The rooms are great. The service and food is top-notch. And the hotel ownership and management are amazing people.

We stayed at the Xheko Imperial Hotel and we were very satisfied. The conditions and cleanliness as well as the food were perfect. I want to point out the perfect and unmatched behavior at the reception of Marsela. The level of communication and the answer to every question we had was at a high level.

3 night stay 12th-15th December 2023. If you are looking for a more authentic stay in Tirana, then the Xheko Imperial is the perfect choice. The hotel is situated in a good part of the city, being just a 10 minute walk to Skanderbeg Square and 5 minute walk to Grand Park Lake. The hotel offers excellent facilities and has a beautiful atrium, compared to other more generic hotels in the city. The rooms have a quality, comfortable feel being beautifully decorated. I had lunch at the Rooftop Restaurant and the meal was one of the nicest I had ever eaten, offering a good choice, gourmet cuisine and excellent presentation. Otherwise everything is excellent… rooms are spacious and scrupulously clean. Staff are super friendly in restaurants and on-site restaurants are all good. When me and another guest went down and they changed our rooms. Massive inconvenience grabbing your belongings walking across the hotel to another room. Considering I had to be up at 7am. !! I have videos !! Before I left and made booking I callled hotel to get me cost and arrange for a private taxi from Tirana to Skopje - Nadaja advised this would be €160 when I called. Got to the hotel to book and said it is €260. This wasn’t acceptable. Enea was supportive and found a local taxi driver at €150. Overall SUCH A SHAME. It could be a nice hotel. !! More insult !! For all the inconvenience they offered me 10 Euros at check out. Which I rejected. As I explained in all my travels I have never had such a bad experience and will make fellow travellers aware. After my breakfast they offered me a full refund. I again rejected. They have a trip advisor Winner picture at reception desk. Not sure if they have won anything or if it’s fake. I asked to speak to Gino the general manager; apparently he wasn’t available. I felt the staff didn’t want me to speak to him. Was looking forward to hotel which has the word “Imperial”. A minor issue in the room was the hot water. The water was coming from an independent electric boiler in the bathroom, not bigger than 40 liters. That means that after a while the water was becoming colder. The decoration of the hotel is very baroque for my style, but it is very spacious so I didn't bothered too much. Personnel is very kind always with a smile. The prices are a bit expensive considering the fact that the hotel is in Albania. Breakfast was elegant with birds chirping and made to order omlets. WiFi was strong, balcony was the icing on the cake. We asked for quiet room but were given a room next to a family with kid(s). They were in an out screaming & shouting for the most of the night. Our room was also positioned quite near to the bar so when finally kids went to bed then started the music. Spa was unfortunately another letdown. Spa hours are 9-21 but when I went there at 9:15 they told me to wait 15 mins for machines to start. While I was waiting I noticed the cleaning lady was cleaning the spa facilities. After 15mins spa receptionist told me she would call the technician to come down and turn on the system. This really annoyed me because I was already told that…

I spent 4 days in total in this hotel and I must say that the staff made me feel like im totally at home. From the valet, doormen, receptionist all the way to the maintenance ladies, the respect was beyond my expectations. I suggest this place to everyone if they need safety, comfort, clean place and quiet. They also have spa, pool, jacuzzi etc etc. Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone since this will always be my place to come back to when I’m in Tirana. We stayed at this Hotel in late April. This hotel is very well kept. The rooms are very clean and they offer a great breakfast, and room service. We got a chance to use the pool and spa amenities which were very nice as well. Overall we would definitely come back to this Hotel as it also was in a great location.

So the hotel is very nice and the spa services are amazing but our room had no windows which provides a claustrophobic feeling. There is a window in the bathroom though :(. When asked to change the room the staff said the hotel is fully booked. I dont know! maybe next time when i book as a special request I will ask to have the windows in my room.

The one major disappointment was the service at the 4th floor “rooftop” bar and restaurant. When I arrived at the bar around 4pm, it was empty. Although there were at least 4 people on staff, no one seemed interested in serving me. I had to wave someone over to ask for a glass of wine (about 3oz for 700lek). I was thinking about making a dinner reservation and again had to wave someone over to ask for a menu to look over. Once I was finished with the menu I had to again wave someone over. At this point I was still interested in reserving a table but as soon as the server approached the menu was taken. I was never asked if I wanted anything else to drink or if I wanted to reserve a table for dinner. The staff missed an opportunity. Instead, I walked 2 minutes from the hotel to order a delicious meal to-go and a bottle of wine for about 1/3 of the cost of dinner at the restaurant.

Music to loud on the restorant space. Food was ok, nice layout. Service was good. But very loud music during dinner. We were a group of six people and everyone was bothered by the loud music.

One of the best hotel choices in Tirana - great hall, lovely spa. Just a few little things and room for improvements regarding service and rooms. Enjoy your stay :)

Really beautiful settings, amazing breakfaat space with topnotch view. On the other hand frist floor room had windows, but 30 cms from a firewall, so absolutely no natural light or view.

Very helpful staff, very nice rooms. The hotel has a gym, jacuzzi pool and more, which looked great but unfortunately I didn't have a chance to use the facilities. Very conveniently located to the city centre, and the surrounding area has quite a lot of bars, restaurants and cafes, with virtually all of them having nice outdoor seating available. There are also plenty of pharmacies and small supermarkets around, including a Spar. Buses stop from the airport about 10 or 15 minutes away, and cost only around 4 euro, so it's easily accessible, and the taxi fair to the airport is approximately 18 euro. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tirana.

The hotel room was very clean and reception staff were polite and professional. I have stayed there for four days with a group of over 25 people. The food in the restuarant was with very bad taste, and the waiters there had at times aggressive behaviour, and at times impolite. And as I spoke to the others, I realized that all the other 25 people felt the same. It felt like as if they left some food that they did not know how to sell, that was left there for too long, to serve it to us. The breakfast was ok, but not on the expected level. Lunch and dinner very very bad.

We had the immense pleasure to eat at the first floor restaurant. The truffle ravioli were heaven, one of the best that I tried, period. We also had steak tartare and rib-eye steak. Everything was perfect, and the sorbet with lime and lemon was great finish toa an incredible lunch.

It was the worst night for me here. We had a birthday to celebrate and the waiters didn’t show respect at all for us. They changed our table just because some persons asked them, and then someone else sit to our table. I don’t suggest at all.

We came for some drinks at the bar in the 4th floor. View was a little disappointing but the staff was nice and prices were still reasonable- the old fashioned was great. Would come again!

Hotel itself its cute. Location is close by to many places but traffic is hectic. If you have a car you have to use valet because it’s impossible to find a spot to park. Cleanliness is definitely a fail for us. Most part of the room was dirty. A huge hair under the bed sheets… Broken items. I was expecting better and proper service. Very loud music until 5am might happen every other event. It’s was extremely loud. Since it’s a boutique hotel I expected chill and elegant stay but it can turn into a club all of a sudden. Lastly this little fish in this small bowl without any artificial hole material and proper setup for it made me upset. What’s the point of having this fish and not even taking care properly? I hope they will move this little fella into a better place so he can enjoy his wife while people appreciate the view, properly. PLEASE UPDATE ABOUT THE FISH

I had dinner with friends a few days ago and I got poisened by the mushrooms that were served . I made a complaint to the staff but no apologies neither an explanation was offered to us. Awful experience .

A lovely hotel, to a foreigner it felt quirky, very opulent public areas. Room quite small but decor in the grand style again. Good shower, always important. Rooms facing the street a bit noisy late evening. Breakfast buffet a massive range of options.q

We had a wonderful stay at Xheko Imperial. The hotel is beautiful and the facilities and rooms are exceptional. The hotel’s biggest assets are its staff – everyone at the reception, the spa center, restaurant and cleaning service were sopolite and always ready to help. I highly recommend the hotel to both business travelers and tourists.

The spa is the best in town and the massage from Liya and Sri is like a walk in heaven. Thank you gils, sure we'll be back again. :) The reception is so welcoming and warm.

Just went to the rooftop sushi & bar. Good service and cocktails. It has views to the mountains. Nice place to have a drink with good music and DJ. Lot of personnel around. Also sushi is done in place. In front of you.

Very good hotel but the prices are a bit too much. Clean and very good food for room service. Security at the entrance makes you feel really safe.

We stayed here over the weekend and loved this hotel! It's beautiful with an amazing spa and breakfast. We highly recommend it.

One of the best places in town. Try the sushi at the rooftop. Very nice crowd, great food and live music. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. They were happy to accommodate for our requests regarding the food. Great experience.

Excelent spa facility and gym it’s well put together and new. Location is in center where the up market bars and restaurants can be walked to in under 5 min. To give you an idea of how good the service is I locked myself out my room safe with my pepper to home everything in the safe (this is a big hotel with best spa in town and a roof bar restaurant etc so serious operation) the owner showed up to open the safe because no one els has the key. He was a lovely guy, real gentleman.

Great coffee place especially if you work remote. They have dedicated work/study areas that most other cafes don't have. Staff is friendly and helpful. Staff also speaks English, which is great if you are a tourist.
