5 stars for this hotel due to the friendly staff (search and speak with Hercules), excellent breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, location (downtown). Available parking and while the hotel is easily accessible. The prices are really good making this hotel a good choice in terms of value for money. Recommended

They canceled our 2 days stay 2 hours before check-in. It wasn't even a good reason, because they overbooked. Big fail! So we booked our room in february, and just like that we don't have a room 2 hours before we arrive. We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and the location and rooms are fine, if you can stay there. So please keep in mind before booking that they can just cancel you!

The Lot Boutique was outstanding in nearly every way. All of the staff go above and beyond to make your experience a good one. The front desk staff was great, the staff to help us to our room was fantastic. Housekeeping was outstanding. Our room was really lovely. Checking in we were early, but they got the room ready quickly and we were in. One issue to be aware of, the entrance to the Hotel is in the alley street so just be aware that Maps will put you close, but you must turn down the side alley-street to find it. There is onsite parking in a lot to the right as you pull into the alleyway. They will get right on helping you with your bags at the parking lot. So helpful! There is plenty to do and see in the area. Multiple Malls, the New Bazaar, many restaurants, museums in a 2- block area around the Hotel. I have to mention the Staff again. They were all truly outstanding, helpful and friendly. This is a Great hotel.

The hotel is located in an alley and there was a construction site right in front of our room. We woke up at 7:00 am with the noise from it. I asked the manager of the hotel and he thought that it was normal and he apologized and gave me a 30% discount. I didn't want a discount but nothing more than a good night's sleep. The only thing that they should have done was to give a room on the other side of the hotel and never reserve that room while there is construction work.

Due to flight delay we only got to spend one night at the Lot. The location and hospitality are 5 star. Thank you for making our visit so comfortable.

Hard to find. Once we were there, it looked very nice. We booked 3 rooms. Once we got into the rooms we found out we were sleeping right next to a construction site, the diggingwent on till midnight and from 7 in the morning. Moreover, inone of the rooms the air conditioning didn't work, and another room smelled like sewage with the rug soaking wet. The people at the reception were "surprised" and annoyed by our request to change these rooms. Apologizing was not part of the deal. We highly recommend to avoid this place.

We stayed 1 night. Arrived at 2:30 am and they gave us a room right in front of a construction site that started working at 7:00am. No one told us about it. The least that they shouod have done was to warn us before. After speaking with the manager he gave us a 30 euro discount. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Im not sure if this is a 5 star hotel in terms of rooms. However the biggest turn off was that the hotel is constructing an expansion right next to hotel room window. They work on the construction site from morning to evening. While im writing this, the time is 10pm local time and they are still at it. Hard to sleep when there is a construction site 1 meter from the window.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Lot Boutique Hotel in Tirana. The staff was so very friendly, helpful and super attentive. They deserve all the praise there is. On top of that our room was great, good size and with a super bed. Very clean and with a nice view over the city. The hotel also had a good location, close to main attractions, which was a bonus due to random heavy rain showers.

Worst experience ever, to be fair, the hotel facilities could be acceptable, however customers service needs a huge improvement. Staff are not cooperative nor friendly. One of the most absurd I've ever seen & I've seen some hotels, is that in order to control the room Air Conditioner (open/close, increase/reduce temperature or increase/lower the fan,,,etc) you need to call the receptionist to do it !!!! So if you felt cold/hot while you're sleeping at night you need to call someone for help & if you changed your mind, you'll have to call them again !!! You're not allowed to control it yourself, maybe they don't consider the hotel guests are responsible enough to give them such privilege/honour 🤔 really RIDICULOUS...

The room is nice, and the breakfast too. However there are other hotels that offer similar rates and could be better. This hotel is not big but it also has car park for overnight guests. Location is good too, although the access is on the back street of a main road. My room has a view of the city but I guess not all rooms will have the same.

The location is a key USP for the hotel as it is 5 minute walk to Skanderberg Square. It was difficult to locate due to current building works but once found it was fine - there is also free parking included which was massively helpful. The room was good size and we had everything we needed. The breakfast was great and the lady serving and running the operation was fantastic.

Location... location... a walk to the square, the pyramids, shopping and restaurants with inclusive parking, with spa services also of you're interested. The rooms are cozy with balcony views, some fresh air each morning and sunlight felt great. We enjoyed put time in town as usual.

Adding boutique to the hotel name does not make it so. Room was rundown, the washroom and shower not cleaned, the shower leaked water into the room and wet the carpet and we got two filthy towels. Would not recommend, find another place to stay!

Very comfortable hotel, great location (just know the entrance is in an alley, but it’s not too hard to find). Staff are very helpful and nice, and there are nice small touches to the hotel - like having cucumber water and biscuits in the lobby. The breakfast spread is one of the best I’ve had in Albania!

Very beautiful hotel in the city center. All the bus stops 2min walk away. Clean and quite hotel. Very beautiful rooms. It has not view and due to the small restaurant the breakfast has not so much options. That’s why the 4 stars.

My sisters and I, had a fantastic stay at the Lot Hotel. The staff are super sweet. They arranged a cake for my sister's birthday and offered her a free treatment at the spa. Do visit the masseur, Saree for a relaxing massage. Also, shout out to Chef Blerenda! Such a warm lady. During our stay, one of our suitcases were locked/jammed and Choku immediately came to our rescue. A big thanks to Shibora, Kladjie and the other sweet woman at the front desk for always being welcoming. To every staff we met at the hotel, keep up the good work! The location of the hotel is accessible to the Toptani shopping centre, castle, Skanderberg Square, bus stop and restaurants. Room for improvement: - It would be nice if, different dishes can be served for breakfast. -Do offer lunch and dinner in your restaurant -I am not sure if it's common in Albania, but guests should not be charged a room service fee for bottled water. That should be provided free of cost. -The air con and heater, take a while to cool/warm up. -Avoid charging guests an additional €20 for airport transfer. If you want a fabulous view from your room, this is not your ideal hotel. But is it still recommended? DEFINTIELY 😊

Nice hotel. A bit hidden in the narrow streets, yet very centrally located. It has its own parking lots. Good hospitality. Cleanliness is not at its best. There's some spider web on the chandeliers of the room and few amenities are quite aged. Overall OK experience.

Before picking Lot Boutique Hotel, I spent a lot of time researching, reading reviews on several different hotel platforms. I probably dedicated 3 hours until I finally made my pick. I wanted to stay in a good and safe location in downtown Tirana where I could enjoy a comfortable, spacious room and eat a good breakfast every morning before heading out into the hustle and bustle of downtown Tirana to photograph the Albanian capital. I also wanted to know if the hotel’s staff were helpful and friendly. It was my first time in Albania, so I knew I was going to need some local advice. I depend on the social interactions I have where I’m traveling and knowing that the team working at the hotel I stay at are not only good at what they do – but also have a positive attitude is important to me. My room (#402) was terrific with a large, comfy Queen sized bed, big windows with lots of light and a nice city view. My room also had plenty of space to store my clothes and a desk where I could work from. The restaurant staff, in particular the female head chef was so sweet and kind. Like the team at the reception and all the front doormen, they were always nice and welcoming. During my stay I also had a few fabulous massages from the hotel's very professional Balinese therapist. Special mention to the security fellow named “Monday”. He was particularly helpful and kind. This young man went out of his way (on several occasions) to guide me to local restaurants, where to get a great shave and the best exchange office in the neighborhood. There are plenty of 3 and 4 star hotels in Tirana. But I doubt if any of them come close to the quality and positive experience I had at Lot Boutique Hotel. Not to mention that the location has so many good restaurants, cafés and ATMs nearby. Again, Lot Boutique Hotel is Highly recommendable. The portrait photos are of the hotel’s staff, whom I know consider as friends! By the way…Tirana should be on everybody’s travel list. Even if you’re not a photographer. It’s a great city to explore with a ton of history, a fantastic dining/café culture and a lot of soulful locals. It’s not a “fancy" city by any definition and the attractions aren’t exactly spectacular. But they are nonetheless very, very interesting, including the museums, two huge Cold War bunkers and the exhilarating gondola ride up the mountain just outside of town. Like in any great city, you’ll of course find plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés to choose from. I found Albanians to be really kind. Perhaps a little shy to begin with but then amazingly friendly and generous. The hotel’s staff was no exception. They were phenomenally friendly and helpful when I needed suggestions of things to do and directions on how to get there. I was genuinely impressed.

Small yet very nice and warm place ♡ They have a really lovely view at the balcony, it is not nature but I enjoy and appreciate cute views and large balconies to refresh your mind. You need to ask for a blanket and a toothbrush and they will bring them. The AC is not very cold but they will help you with that. Extremely nice staff, they even keep offer me the hot water so I can prepare my coffee once I need to. Location is perfect although you may struggle to arrive, just call them or ask anyone about Rosofa restaurant and you will arrive.
