Joni is the most professional, friendly and helpful manager in Tirana! He welcomed me back and was very accommodative. The rooms are nicely furnished and conducive. I love the top floor because it’s exclusive. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Staff & Service - Excellent Rooms - We booked a 2 BR Suite which was as expected. Clean and well maintained. Hotel location- 5-10 mins drive from City Centre.

The apartment is super good. It's clean, well organized, beds are super comfortable and the bathroom are big enough. The apartment is quite new, surely renovated. The host was super good and helped us on everything! I surely recommend the structure! Not in the city center but in just 5 minutes and 3€ of taxi you can reach it. Or you can just walk 15 minutes

Very good and clean hotel. It is the perfect choice if you are looking for a bathtub . The bed was very comfortable, maybe the green lights could be a little lower, but still very pleasant and I will visit again.

Great hotel with nice staff. Rooms were great value for the price (for me it was about £25 for a double room with a balcony per night in September 2021). They have good showers and air conditioning. Free WiFi and parking either on site or on the road outside (although the approach road is tricky if you're new to Albanian roads so take it easy) I didn't get to try the bar downstairs so cannot comment on that, but there is a great little shop across the road that's great for getting snacks for your trip. Get a balcony room if you plan to visit in the summer so that you can spend the evening cooling down.

Absolutely lovely Hotel.. Lovely staff.. Get you absolutely anything.. Unfortunately bar the high streets, Tirana is a very cash friendly city and not all cash machines will give out cash on strange cards - so come prepared.. Otherwise.. Totally recommend

Fantastic place! First of all the room was impeccably clean and nice. The bed was quite comfortable. The location was perfect for me because I enjoy relaxing places a bit further from the city center, and getting to the center only takes 15-20 minutes of walking. The best thing about the hotel is that its staff is excellent. They were always very nice and welcoming. They always made sure that I was enjoying my stay. It is also very important to note that Joni is the sweetest and most professional person I have ever met in a hotel. He specifically made my experience much better. He even stayed after his shift had ended to make sure that my taxi driver, who got lost and was arriving late, came and picked me up for the airport. I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Tirana. If I ever come back, I am definitely staying here again. Thank you, Hotel Pandora, for everything!

While I sleep someone talking loudly. its 2am !!! And someone try to open my door luckily it was Locked and it's happen 2 times .

Just basics rooms bed lovely and comfy dont do food do drinks not a lot of choice on TV cheep.

You dont need to go inside the terrible trafik of Tirana. Good rooms and good prices for a night in Tirana.

Weird position of bathroom Window as It Is located on the balcony of the next room. They said free parking, but There Is only for 3 autos, so not a real parking area. Nice staff

Totally 5 stars. Fantastic service(they were 24/7 sitting in reception), it was safe there, and when it was a little problem they always helped us. They can speak in english very good, and they were kind and nice :) Only one thing for minus it was that we had no lights in terrace, but benefits overweigh drawback for sure. Thank you!

Wonderful place! Everything is clean, white, big spcas where u can chill! And the minibar price is sooooo cheap 😎 Cable tv who works perfectly and comfortable bed. Good comunication with the reception. Enjoy

I recommend this hotel, we were very happy with everything, everything was perfect. The room was very clean and the hotel employees were the nicest I have ever met in istanbul. They helped us with everything from carrying our bags to helping us find good places in Istanbul. The location is so good that it is near taksim Istiklal street and galat. the beds were comfortable.
