NO COMPLAINTS!! For the price, the location, and wonderful customer service, you can’t beat this location. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, bed was comfy, sheets and pillow case was clean, everything in the room was clean and tidy. WiFi worked excellent, free breakfast was good, provided a free cappuccino in arrival without even asking, and for breakfast. Everyone had a smile on there face and really wanted to provide the best service that’s possible. The location is great, your literally 2 - 5 minutes depending how you walk from multiple sites to see and the city center. I would 100% stay here again, and HIGHLY suggest staying here.

The staff are very friendly and eager to be helpful. The room is fine, though some little things would improve it. There is no soap dish or shelf in the shower to put the soap or little shampoo and body wash bottles so they must be placed on the floor. There is nowhere to put the toilet paper roll either. They leave it for you on the sink edge - where it could get soaked if you keep it there [There is a douche though for those who don't use toilet paper]. There is only one available electrical outlet but it is conveniently located beside the bed. There were only three hangers and no hooks (this doesn't matter to us as we have our own travel hangers). There is a smart TV in the room which can play You Tube or your streaming services if you log into them. There is a refrigerator. The room has good black out curtains and there was no disturbing street noise. The breakfast is excellent. You help yourself to the food at the buffet. There are eggs, crepes, feta cheese, sliced hard cheese, some sort of deli meat slices, pickled cucumbers and peppers, olives, cucumbers, tomato, various fruits, .5% fat yogurts, excellent preserves, a Nutella type spread, white and whole wheat bread and croissants. They take your order for coffee or tea and it's brought to you. Cappuccinos are one of the choices. There is no safe in the room, so if that is a requirement for you go elsewhere. Also if you use hair conditioner or body/hand lotion bring your own. We wanted to be environmental but there is no "Do Not Disturb" sign so we told them we didn't need our room serviced/cleaned. We returned to find that they had replaced all of the towels and even changed the sheets. I had left my towel clipped onto a hanger to dry so it should have been obvious that I intended to reuse it. Oh well- we tried.

About as central as you can get. This former hostel is now a full hotel. The rooms are decent and it's quite quiet, Freddy and his team are really friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as good as it can be. Excellent rates and a simple breakfast included too. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at Freddy's hotel for one night. The staff was very helpful during check-in and check-out. They guided us to find the airport shuttle and provided nice recommendations. The rooms were clean and warm, although a bit dark. The breakfast was great. We would happily stay there again on our next trip to Tirana.

Freddy’s is near the city center. It is safe, well-lit, and there is always someone who can attend to your concerns. They serve buffet breakfast, they maintain the rooms well, their rooms are airconditioned, wifi is free, and drinking water is available 24/7. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. Staying at Freddy’s felt like staying at home. Plus, Julian and Freddy were a joy to transact with :)

We love this place. Julian was super helpful via WhatsApp prior to our arrival, and equally helpful (and charming) once we arrived. Freddy (the owner) is friendly and genuinely attentive. The room is modern and well designed, with a very comfortable bed & pillows, and whisper quiet, efficient air conditioning. We slept like babies. There is an armoire and two side tables with drawers. There is also a small, efficient refrigerator (bonus!). One of the best features is an alcove off the bedroom where you can store bags. The washroom is small, which is understandable given the space. There is a very nice shower (rain shower head plus wand) with great pressure and plenty of hot water. There are power outlets near on one side of the bed and elsewhere in the room, so charging devices is easy. WiFi is mostly strong, though a bit up and down at times. The WiFi in the reception and breakfast area is strong and more stable, so ask for that password if you want to hang out downstairs. Finally, the breakfast buffet is very nice. Eggs done several different ways, breads, French toast, fresh jams, veggies, cheeses, cold cuts, cold cereals and coffees made-to-order. Great value as it’s included in the room price. At 42€ a night this is excellent value. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel right next to Tirana's main square. Excellent experience here, the room was super cosy and nice. Staff speak good English. Was fairly cheap too. There is a mini bus service to the airport from the main square. Wrapped up a good trip to Albania.
