Als aller erstes, ist die Einfahrt zum Hotel etwas unübersichtlich. Hier haben übrigens nur teure Autos Vorrang vor der Hotelanlage zu parken. Die anderen Fahrzeuge bekommen eine Platz auf einen Innenhof der ziemlich verloren ist. Angekommen haben wir (4 Personen) ein Zimmer mit 3 Betten bekommen… Für die kleinste gab es ein Beistell/Babybett in dem sie eindeutig nicht reinpasste. Diesen haben wir dankend abgelehnt denn sonst hätten wir in dem Zimmer keine Beinfreiheit mehr gehabt. Es sind immer Einzelbetten die umfunktioniert werden als Ehebett. TV eingeschaltem, nur die einheimischen Kanäle funktionieren. Fernseher aus. W-Lan so schwach, dass teilweise die Verbindung komplett verloren ging und sich über eine längere Zeit nicht wieder verbinden ließ. Eine 1,5L Flasche „Stilles Wasser“ aber nicht in der Minibar, denn dort hat die Flasche nicht rein gepasst. Minibar leer und wurde nicht befüllt. Zimmer oberflächlich sauber. Jeden Tag wurde auch nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Die 4. Person im Zimmer wurde einfach ignorierte. Uns hat jeden Tag ein Handtuch und eine Decke gefehlt. Mussten täglich anrufen und drum beten. Essen gab es viel aber auch jeden Tag das gleiche. Von wegen jeden Tag ein anderes Thema. Man hat die Reste vom Vortag gesehen und geschmeckt. Lactosefreie Milch gibt es nicht. Der Kaffe war sehr ekelhaft (egal wo, ob Pool.. Bar). Jetzt kommt der Oberknüller: 5 Sterne Hotel aber Wasser aus eingeschweißten Plastikbechern. All-inklusive trinken Pepsi und IVI lemon und orange im offenen Plastikbechern sonst gab es noch sprudelwasser und das war’s. Cocktails wie man sie kennt, kosten extra. Oder man bekommt roten oder blauen Sirup in seine Zitronenlimonade (ivi lemon) dass nennen die dann Cocktail „den gibt es dann so zu sagen zum All inklusive dazu“. D.h ins Zimmer kann man nur stilles Wasser mitnehmen. Produkte von außerhalb sind nicht gestattet. Um 9 Uhr gibt es Handtücher für den Pool/Strand und vor 9 sind am Pool alle Plätze belegt und am Strand die vordersten. Animation für die Kinder sind sehr kurz und immer das gleiche Programm 4 Lieder und Tschüß. Am Pool werden bewusst keine heimischen Lieder abgespielt (in Albanien, keine albanische Lieder), daher kleine Playlist die sich nach 2 Stunden wiederholt und am 2. Tag schon sehr nervt. Spa Bereich mangelhaft und teilweise Löcher im Boden in dem man sich ernsthaft verletzten kann. Massagen im Haus sind gut aber die Preise sind vergleichbar mit denen in Deutschland min. 50€ für 60min. dafür bekommt man eine leichte Massage. Bei ernsthaften Problemen fühlt sich keiner Verantwortlich und das Management lässt seine Kunden einfach stehen. Ich würde dieses Hotel niemals weiter empfehlen, Preisleistung für die Verhältnisse ist nicht gerecht und sind es niemals 5 Sterne.. auch in Albanien nicht. In Deutschland wären es 2 Sterne und in Albanien eher 3. wie kommt man da auf 5 Sterne?!?!? Bitte lasst euch nicht von Videos auf YouTube etc.. blenden.

We are very upset with the way they treated us. The customer service is very poor and I would not recommend staying with them. They entered the room and took all our things and put them down without us knowing the excuse of the checkout time, even though we were in the hotel for lunch. They have my mobile number and have never tried to contact it. I even asked to see the manager and did not get any response. An experience that I will not repeat does not deserve any star

I am very disapointed with the behavior of prices in this hotel. Very unreasonable and not deserving the price it has. this is the second time being here. The first time about a year ago the service and everything else was ok but now the service is very low and the prices are very high.

We were part of a large group of mostly American visitors to a wedding and used the Premium Hotel Beach as our base. The location and beach are wonderful and the sea views were stunning. The hotel is rather loud as it is along a major ocean boardwalk and hosts many events with music into the mid- to late-evening. The all inclusive food and beverages were a nice surprise with lots of options (some better than others) but after a few days left us eager to explore other nearby food options. Overall a great stay and recommended for folks looking for a middle-high end resort experience in Albania.

Das Hotel hat einen wunderschön gepflegten Garten und ist nur durch die Prommenade vom langen Sandstrand getrennt. 5 Sterne heisst Luxus und dies erfüllt dieses Hotel nicht wirklich. Dazu fehlen einige Anforderungen. Die Atmosphäre ist lebhaft und die Gäste sind sehr internatiinal. Das Standard Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick ist geräumig und funktionell eingerichtet. Es bietet viel Stauraum um Sachen und Kleider zu verräumen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und breit. Zu beanstanden sind jedoch etliche Mängel im Zimmer, welche eigentlich einfach zu beheben wären. Z.B. abgeblätterte Farbe, diverse Defekte an Möbeln kurz gesagt, einige Schreinerhandgriffe wären dringend nötig. Der Balkon ist sehr klein und deshalb haben keine Stühle oder ein Tisch platz. Der Strand ist gross und bietet viel Platz. Auch bei vielen Gästen ist ein angenehmer Abstand zwischen den Liegen, sodass eine gewisse Privatsphäre gegeben. Die Sauberkeit könnte aber besser sein. Leider liegt im Sand viel Abfall wie Plastik und Zigarettenstummeln. Mit eimem Rechen könnte alles einfach entfernt werden. Das Essen ist fabelhaft und die Auswahl riesig. Schade dass es im Restaurant nur Plastikbecher für nicht alkoholische Getränke gab. Dies gibt einen Touch von Fastfood und nicht von Fine Food im Luxushotel. Wir haben schöne und erholsame Tage verbracht. Vom Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung, von der Zimmerfrau, dem Handtuchausteiler über die Kellner und Köche fühlten wir uns aufgehoben und als Gäste willkommen. Allerdings hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass uns bei Ankunft und Abreise mit dem Gepäck geholfen wird. Das gehört einfach zum Service eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Zurückhaltung werden vom Personal absolut gelebt. Das haben wir sehr genossen. Wir können das Hotel für Familienurlaube empfehlen aber keinesfalls für Urlauber, welche Luxus erwarten. Auch wenn die Preise für Luxus stehen😉

Für albanische Verhältnisse sehr gut, essen wahr okey die Bedienung bemühte sich und das zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Sonnenschirme wahren meistens alle reserviert(braucht einen System,Sonnenschirme den hotelzimmer aufteilen)..! im grossen und ganzen hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im hotel! Empfehlenswert

Wanted to book a spa massage and contacted the reception multiple times. Eventually they just stopped answering to my emails, so no spa massage for us. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Nicest hotel i have ever been at. Great staff, great service, amazing sea view, premium has a great spa facility too. From reception to room from kitchen to beach and spa everything was wonderful. Nice honeymoon experience!

One of the most notable shortcomings was the lack of a suitable playground or recreational area for kids The limited space often resulted in overcrowding, especially during peak meal times. This created a less than pleasant dining atmosphere and sometimes led to longer wait times for tables. The pool's depth was simply too much for young swimmers to safely enjoy.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Most people don't speak English. Rooms are very clean and sheets and towels changed regularly. Food great, large variety.

Barman was rude, by taking back ice from the glass his prepared from his colleague for an iced coffe for me and asked if I want only hot coffee. Food was delicious and various, though.

Excellent price for an excellent 5 star hotel, situated on an amazing beach with spectacular views. Extremely good service and accommodation, they even helped us with staying a second night on the fly when we liked our first night so much. The room was modern and clean. I was there in the spring and only a mini swimming pool was working. The breakfast was very bad so in general it’s not worth the money.

Driving to the hotel isn’t easy and parking during the summer season is chaotic! Service is best of the best! Food is buffet style but they have very testy with origin of south Balkan, with Turkish twist!

We were not staying at the hotel so cannot comment on the rooms we went for a massage and used the spa facilities. The massage was good however. The stairs in the spa area need to have a barrister to avoid slipping. Around the pool the grates need to be repaired.

Went for a business trip during October, it was practically non habitable because of the mosquitos. A real disaster area. I would go for any 2 star hotel instead where they don't keep everything wide open all evening.

Good hotel with nice rooms. The food was ok. The lobby was nice. The spa center was to small and not easy accessible, you have to walk through the lobby. The indoor pool was too big but the water a bit cold.

We had the BEST stay at this beautiful hotel. From the delicious food, beautiful beach and great live music, to one of the best massages I’ve ever had at the Premium Hotel spa, it was the perfect mix of entertainment and relaxation that we were looking for! 5 stars for sure!

We booked for 10 days here in Sunrise Premium Beach Hotel and since the first day we noticed that this hotel didn't meet the expectations at all. The place where we eat was so small and going up and down on the stairs was not practical at all. Hardly fi di g place to sit eating. The other misleading info was Spa free and when you go there for hammam turkish bath was to pay £60. Only steam room was free . Very disappointed. Never coming back.

A hotel for young families, not adults. Very overpriced for what they offer. The facilities are just not there; the "gym" has a single dumbbell, not a single pair, just a single one. And a couple if broken machines. It's more of a children's hotel, they play kid's songs on speakers on their section of the beach and in the restaurant multiple times a day, all rooms have a little single bed (there's no option to go for a room with a sofa or table and chair etc), kids dominate the pools, jacuzzi, sauna etc. The steam room was out of order but the sauna was very nice, apart from the kids. Apparently the extra cost massage was quite nice too, though you could hear the music (think wheels on the bus) from the restaurant whilst in there. The food had incorrect labels, and there was no vegetarian food apart from salad and dessert. The desserts were very good though, and had lots of options. Location was great, right on the beach

The workers in the reception where rude like villain people .I cant say nothing bad for the other services and the food ,I can say that everything was amazing except the recepsion. I dont know if the recepsion knows that they work there to inform clients for everything in touch with the hotel,or they are there just to warm the chair and to stay in AC .. thats all I had to say train your employees better if you want to have a nice recension

We booked a room for a couple for a friday night. We choosed full board and arrived at the hotel in the evening. Upon arriving we asked for the swimming pool and spa, what time are they open and they informed us that we couldnt use it anymore because they close it at 19.00 pm Than we went to eat dinner which was a bufe like Turkish all inclusive hotels but unfortunately a very low quality, bad made copy. My girlfriend didn't eat at all and i tried some of the food which was like rubber. We drank a beer with extra money because what was included let say was pepsi like those in the cinemas which to be honest i like pepsi but not for dinner. The room was average, even though we didnt used it. We informed the manager that we don't like the place, can we have a solution so we can leave, and they took 100 eur for a 1 hour stay. I felt like they were stealing from us. Good thing is that the waiters and recepcionist even though were overhelmed with people over their capacity were friendly. But as you can imagine managment was one of the worse i have seen all my life. They didn't even made invoice for the money they took from us. I dont know, very bad experience.

Perfect location for conference and leisure, extremely friendly and hard-working service team, the sea view and the sunsets are amazing. The playlist in the beach bar should be polished though.

I had a all inclusive packet which means all inclusive and just for o coffee you need to go outside very strange .

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would! This place is NOT worth 5 stars! Food is terrible, the buffet options are minimal and for the most part unappealing and inedible. Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful! DO NOT stay here if you wish to have a good holiday. I am by no means a picky person but this place truly needs alot of improvement before claiming to be 5 stars. Save your money and go somewhere else.

During our winter stay at the hotel, Room 403 on the 4th floor offered a clean space with a stunning sea view. Despite the view, the spa disappointed with its old unused facilities and inconvenient access via numerous stairs. Our three-night package, inclusive of meals but excluding drinks beyond water and morning orange/peach juice, presented a mixed experience. The food, a letdown compared to the renowned Turkish cuisine, was consistently cold and lacked the expected deliciousness. An unexpected hiccup occurred on our last night when, due to a low customer count, we were restricted to ordering from a limited kitchen-prepared menu rather than the restaurant's offerings. This decision puzzled us, as the manageable number of guests should have allowed a regular menu selection. Adding to the mixed experience, the hotel's lobby bar presented an unusual restriction. Despite the proximity of the lobby bar and the restaurant, a mere 20 meters apart with the same waitstaff, we were inexplicably denied the option to enjoy dessert from the restaurant while having coffee at the lobby bar. This seemingly arbitrary rule, especially when only two of us were present in the lobby, left us questioning the hotel's customer-friendly policies. The overall experience left us with a sense that the hotel fell short of its potential during what should have been a festive and enjoyable winter stay as they posted on instagram. Not coming back any more
