Nrml qe mund te jene me te zonjat , kane 3 vjet qe merren , e smund te krahasosh grupin tend me 4 muaj palester . Edhe sikur 5 vjet te kishim qe merreshim gjithkush ka hapin e vet se fundja palester per terezine e tij ben tjetri jo per perfaqim olimpik . Pra rregulloni ajroresit se nuk behet dot palester ose aerobi , dhe mundesisht trajneret mos te bejne shume krahasime , ose nenvleresime se aty jane per te ndihmuar qe gjithkush te arrij qellimin e deshiruar . Trajnerja e Zumbas shume energjike dhe mundohej te na perfshinte te gjithave dhe te na jepte forca qe te mos terhiqeshim nga ushtrimi fizik , vetem te jete me e larmishme se aq ne kercim apo ne perfshirjen e ushtrimeve te forces qe i quante . Ora e vetme e merzitshme ne ekstrem ishte aerobia , levizje robotike dhe trajnerja me shume te bente te ndiheshe keq me veten tende se sa te nxiste te jepje me te miren tende . Fundja fundit syte ne ball i kemi dhe e shikojme veten se ku jemi por jo ta besh kastile nga frika se mos te iknim nga grupi .
