The place was chosen for a date with my loved, to enjoy time, swimming pool and Spa. The swimming pool is enough big for people to swim. However in the evening there are swimming lessons for children. The children are having lessons in the corner of the swimming pools, and the parents observe them from the Nobis Cafe on the top. But the bad thing parents are not only observing their kids, but also other adults. Suddenly, one of the staff members came to us and asked not to hug and kiss each other. As some parents are not satisfied and we should not kiss in front of kids!!! Yes, we did kiss on the cheeks and hug each other as usually people of high morale standards in love do. We understood and tried to move. It was not enough another staff member very politely asked us to move to SPA zone till the lessons are not finished, so for 30 min. And the reason was we are disturbing kids' parents. We took one day ticket included swimming pool and SPA and it is probably around same money as the parents pay for group swimming lessons monthly. In the country that wishes to be part of Europe and pretends to have western vision and lifestyle such behavior of the adults can not affect private activities and freedom of the other adults. The center cares about the complaints on love signs, but doesn't care about Covid-19 rules! No one from staff wears masks, and no one from visitors show vaccine certification or PCR test. And as on my opinion this is more important to take care of. Another thing is breaking the rules in SPA zone, where people come to take rest instead of listening to relaxing music you listen to a football match. Because a man who doesn't know the rules decided to watch it while he is in public relaxing room. And no one from staff asked him to follow the rules and do not disturb others. So I would enjoy time there fully if the place administration would not have "double" standards.

Place is kind of dirty. No soap in the shower stall. I was staying at an aparthotel in the same building. It cost me fifteen Eurofor the day entrance. Arrived at the spa at 6 to find out the pool was infested with children. Instead of relaxing time I heard screaming children for 2 hours. Kids don't have to leave the pool until 8:15. Had I known that I would have gone at 8:15. Why are they too cheap to have soap in the shower stalls? Also there was a person with a gnarly disgusting skin condition that was allowed to swim. In my city all the public pools have a policy if your skin looks gnarly stay out of the pool. The hot tub in the back and the relaxation area had so much chlorine it burned my eyes. I hate to say it but my health club at home is much nicer.

It is not worth it. I paid full pass and I cannot use it. The sauna and the steam bath are too cold. People use mobile phones aloud in relax area to listen to the news. During last covid restrictions as all bars and other gyms I was told that Nobis works until 20:00. Today (Saturday) when I entered at 18:30 I was told that they close at 19:00 although their website says 20:00. I was told that it is my own fault because Everybody Knows. When I asked why they did not inform clients I was told that this is not their problem because the government is responsible. Do not waste your money.

The gym is small but okay for casual gym goers and kept very clean, but that's about it for the pros. Even though it's expensive compared to other gyms(Almost double) it doesn't offer much more than them and at peak hours it's very cramped, with the standard price only the locker is included. Extra mandatory charges include a bracelet fee and a nonsensical yearly fee. Locker rooms and showers are okay but beware because randomly they will remove the curtains. Instructors don't seem inclined to help unless you seek them out.

It is clean and cozy. It has a swimming pool, gym, massage sessions, sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi and a Himalayan salt relaxing room. It should be a little more organized, since it was difficult to try all the services since you had to wait for other people while there was not a time schedule for each session, so people would stay as long as they wanted and you just had to wait for them to finish.

2800 lek for 4 hours pool + spa. Very good and clean facilities. Swim cap required for the pool. Very calm on a Monday afternoon. Staff speaks English but better explanation about lockers and towels would have been good.

The gym equipment and interior is outdated, seems like hasn't been refurbished in 10+ years, many of the lockers are broken, the spa and pool are just basic, not a luxury standard as the prices suggest. - membership is way overpriced. Go to Repeat Wellness gym instead, its nearby, has new and way better equipment, the interior is new and modern, and it's even a bit cheaper.

The facilities are great and always clean, the instructors aren't always so willing to get off their phones (I don't understand why the management let them use them while working...) and help you out, unless you are a good looking girl. Marin was the only one truly professional. The people at the reception are always very helpful

I’ve tried a trial visit for 2500 lek. And here is my impression: the place seems to be founded by real professionals, they put their hearts in it, but now all look like current owners don’t really care of the service provided. Cons: - Drinking water is NOT included to the price! No water coolers. You need to buy it in the machine, and that’s why there is a trashy mess of used plastic bottles in the sauna area. So remember to take cash with you, even if you only in a swimming suit. Even a water and tea at the reception of this sauna zone is NOT for gym visitors, reception ladies refused to share with me even a cup of hot water. - NO soap in the showers at changing zone - Sauna has only one bench stair, so only max 5 persons can be inside. Of course it's not possible to lay, so that the heat will spread evenly on your body. - Hammam was cold and with some noise of working steam machine - And yes, stuff is listening to loud music or watch YouTube on their phones right on the visitors’ chairs by the pool Pros: — really large and nice pool. those who enjoys and know how to swim will be happy (as my husband was) — variety of high pressure showers, perfect for soothing sore muscles or tired joints (again my husband who’s struggling from sore muscles got euphoric) — outside jacuzzi: there is a secret spot right between the pool and the gym, you seat in a hot and nice jacuzzi literally outside, in a place with no roof. Feels awesome — they give you a nice rob and a towel (I believe only for the trial visit) So overall I wouldn’t come back. I know a place in Tirana with lower price for a spa zone and pool (smaller, but I’m not really into swimming), with high quality sauna, caring stuff, and unlimited drinking water included! (Although the husband can not forget those high pressure showers, so probably he will come back again, lol)

While a nice looking facility, be extremely warned if you choose to join or utilize the gym. Services are pretty minimal and do not meet international expectations (no towels available for example), but most concerning of all are the environmental settings. In spite of numerous complaints and requests to speak with the facilities health director, the temperature and humidity in the cardio area of the gym continue to rise as the outside temperature increases. As a health professional, this is quite concerning and seems to be the result of the facility simply trying to reduce their electric bill in spite of the health threats that it presents to its clients. I recommend being careful whenever using this facility during the summer months in Tirana as it is definitely not maintained at ideal conditions for indoor cardio exercise. As of my last visit this week the indoor temperature of the exercise area was a whopping 26.5C! A big don’t is maintaining a gym at above 20C, which is an internationally accepted standard. However this facility constantly maintains temperatures in excess of 24C in spite of the extreme health risks that creates for its clients. I would gladly give the facility at least a 4 star rating, but it is unheard of to constantly risk overheating in a modern gym, especially one that charges international rates while being located in Tirana.

Sad because it could be very nice, but the staff dosen't care much about their own standards and rules. The water I both Jacuzzis is very dirty, you can tell by the foam it makes after its turned on for a minute. More a foam bath then a Jacuzzi. The Sauna area should be relaxing and quiet, but people use their phones to watch YouTube videos or making calls and none of the 3 ladies at the desk seemed to bother. Same for the sauna itself, no one cares if people don't use towels and sweat their fungus around on the wood. Payed for it so I will go again, but after I go somewhere else where rules and hygiene is taken seriously.

Was there for a full spa treatment with my friend (with a birthday gift card) and we both were treated very badly and the staff was refusing to give us the whole spa treatment (as soon as they saw we had a gift card and we were not usual clients). The whole spa treatment was supposed to last at least 45 minutes, and it lasted just 25 minutes. We have never felt so humiliated before.

It was a great experience overall taking into consideration what Tirana has to offer (almost nothing when we talk about SPAs). I gave 3 stars because the Hydromassage facility attached to the Swimming Pool doesn't work entirely and the stuff couldn't make it work as 80% of it was broken and the water over there wasn't really clean; the facilities of the SPA were somehow busy and people would stay there as much as they'd like making no room for other to enjoy it within the time you can spent there; the dinner inclusive in the Couple Package we took wasn't that tasty and you had no choices for the meals there was Salad + Pasta + Beef meat; although not everyone would like to eat meat or beef meat and not everyone is into pasta, I guess it could have been managed better by leaving at least 2-3 choices for the Menu. The rest of the experience was nice anyhow :)

I have been going here ever since I was 8 years old and even learnt how to swim. They got great swimming instructors and the facilities are really clean and cool. It is also a great place to plan for special events for all ages although it can get a bit expensive.

(Translated by Google) They close the structure first without informing anyone, including the wellness center that when you are in with a bathing suit knocking on the door telling you in a bad way that it's time to close, they do it at 8 pm when the closing time is 10: 30 pm! I also made an appointment for a facial, I hurriedly got the gearing to arrive on time and when I arrived they told me the girl wasn't there, they didn't take my phone number the day before despite having it Once present, they did not even warn me at the entrance when they saw me and greeted me. Their way of telling you it's time to go is as follows: they simply turn off the lights in the building! As if they didn't know how to talk. If you want to come here, prepare to have a bad communication. They don't care about your time or your plans and even tried to make me feel better just say sorry as if my time is worth an excuse.

Dinner choice for couple package could have been better like ask or provide at least some choices for the menu. Feels like staff is not up to date with each other as the reception said to not bring flip-flops cause they have it, but turned out they didn't have flip-flops at all, thing we figured out with the staff downstairs at the pool.

(Translated by Google) As a passionate person who as a child after the sea and swimming is practically impossible for me to stay more than two weeks without practicing swimming but in fact in the capital such spaces with standards that can meet this need are few, this as the vast majority are usually winter swimming pools in hotels in the suburbs but that can not meet even the basic conditions of hygiene, have a high concentration of chlorine, swimming pools are small, lack of space to accompany swimming pools such as spas, etc. etc. Nobis Wellness Center is completely of a different standard, ample space, variety of pools and other accompanying services, very friendly staff the only thing I think should be reviewed are the packages or subscriptions as normally for people who come regularly need a reduced price a more favorable package at slightly more reasonable prices than they currently are. Hygiene 02/10 Customer Service 01/10 Water quality 03/10 Fun 02/10 According to the Sauna rules you should cover the wood you sit on with a towel. Guests under 18 are not allowed as well as mobile phones. You have to wear a bracelet to enter the different zones (that you have to pay for). No one there cares about who excesses what! Just pay for the gym and you can go anywhere in there. Three 17 year old having a party, filming themselves in the Sauna, not using any towel. By trying to explain them the rules the start insulting me. I went to the desk to inform the Lady there and she said "what should do?" That was it...She was already sitting there watching these kids walking in there without towels...so I guess it's obvious what will happen next. The whirlpool was cold! At the gym you can't find any instructors and if you find one, he's at his phone and basically dosen't care. Very bad experience...all of it! It's a pity cause it could be nice!
