DaVINCI has been great. Their customer service, the architecture and environment, and the competency of their doctors has been top notch. To my knowledge, they are the most well known aesthetic clinic in Albania and live up to their reputation. I have referred friends from the States and they have been happy, too. Much better and more affordable service than you find in the States (or other places in Europe), plus you end up with a nice Mediterranean vacation.
