I like the doctor, he did a good job. However, I found the communication terrible. Before going to this practice, I asked if they spoke English and if I’ll get English text results and they said yes. Fast forward, after an ultrasound and a pap, they sent me results in Albanian. I reached out to both the doctor and the receptionist asking for English results. I was shocked to receive Google translated results in a form of a screenshot by the receptionist. I kept my cool and kindly asked for doctor notes, knowing how inaccurate Google translate is and they ignored my request multiple times- both the doctor and the receptionist. In addition, both parties had their phones on during the routine exam which I know is a no no by U.S. standards, I didn’t feel uncomfortable now- but now I do. You have no excuse to pick up calls while examining a patients hooha- so unprofessional.

You must walk up 3 flights of stairs (no elevator), so if you are heavily pregnant it would not be that easy. The doctor is continuously late by 30-45 minutes. I leave every time with more stress and questions than when I came. Questions are met with half-hearted answers that makes me question his expertise. I chose this clinic based on the high google rating, but I am thinking if they are even real based on my experience. I will change doctors to find someone more compassionate and communicative.

Excellent welcoming and very professional stuff. Starting from nurses to the Doctor everyone is very polite, treat you with love and are always patient to help you through phone with further questions when you get back home. I got my diagnosis within one check and didnt have to run on other labs for further laboratory testing. After 1 week I already feel much better and cant wait to visit them again next month for the final check up. Lastly i thank them a lot!!
