I’ve been to this place over 3 times and everytime i encounter chaos. They keep you waiting for over 30 minutes to be served, with nobody caring enough to explain or give you information as per why you are waiting and for how long will you be waiting! When you ask the staff to ask the doctor when will your turn come, they walk around confused without actually giving you any answer. As i am writing this review i am still waiting over 39 minutes to see the doctor with whom i had already set an appointment! Do yourself a favor and go to a clinic where they actually care about the patients!

My experience was the worst ever. There was a very arrogant,rude and unhelpful receptionist(with long black hair). I was late for my appointment with my disabled brother due to heavy traffic, but I called before I arrived if they still could see him and they said yes just with couple of minutes delay. It took us 45 minutes waiting with me asking the receptionist if we needed to wait more as my brother is disabled, and with very rude way she said we needed to wait at least 20 more minutes( total 1 hour and 10 minutes). That’s unacceptable. And when I asked why you didn’t told to not come as I asked you, she said your brother maybe is disabled but other people have priority too. First in my life I heard such thing, in every country I have been disabled people are always priority. Before you hire such people you should train them on manners and how to respect what disability means after you place them on any kind of job. It is a disgrace to all of them to employee this kind of people. As a patient and tourist, I would not recommend this place, nor I would go back, as my brother was not welcomed. Thank you.

Best dentistry in Albanian period their staff is always so welcoming especially DR. Evi she is one of that best. I always had fears of going to the dentist but she always made sure that I am feeling good and did a great job on my teeth I highly recommend this dentistry.

I will never use this dental practise again, the dentist that did the cleaning and whitening for me didn’t show and care at all, don’t use them, arrogant and unprofessional!!!
