When I went to pay the bill the waiter overcharged me 20% on top of the bill by giving wrong change. As soon as I asked to see the bill again he just pulled exactly the rest of the change out of the pocket already prepared and gave it to me with an angry face

We eat for 2 days at this restaurant. The food was by far the best we had in whole albanië and the service was verry verry good especially by Naim if i spell the name right. We've had such 2 good evenings here, really would recommend it! We can't stop talking about it!😅

Nice place but menu very poor. It was an event and no time for our order. Order came late.

We've booked a table to watch Euro 2020 finals. We've arrived half an hour prior to the game and found that our table is occupied. The waiter has told us to wait 1 minute so that they can sort the things out but it lasted for 25 mins. So 5 mins before the game start we were offered a table that is not suitable for watching the game as there was a tree between the table and the screen and we had no time to find other place. After additional arguing they have set us an additional table and it's really crazy it took them almost half an hour to do that. At the end when we tried to pay we were told that cards are not accepted and it was probably the only place in Tirana center with such a problem.

Very bad experience with ordering Beef and got pork. I cost a lot. would not recommend this restaurant for anyone.
