Despite the many good reviews here, we unfortunately only had a mixed experience. What we liked: + Attentive and friendly staff (esp. during breakfast) + Good central location + 24/7 check-in (we arrived late in the night) What should be improved: - Bad noise insulation in the rooms (on the first floor, we could hear loud noise from the reception, the neighbouring room and a barking dog from the outside despite closed windows) - General condition of the room, e.g. next to the bathroom the paint came of the wall, same for the bathroom ceiling which moreover had multiple moldy water stains - Everytime you shower the bathroom is “flooded” because there is no separation between shower and the rest of the bathroom (no door, no curtain, no elevation difference) - Cleanliness was not great, we found quite some hair from previous guests - Room has no safe (or it was so well hidden we simply did not find it) In conclusion, unfortunately not the best value for money (we paid 50€ per night).

Nice rooms with cute balconies. Some issues with air conditioning in one room. Great blackout blinds and excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful reception, Gery was especially welcoming. A little walk to the main drag, though the staff are happy to arrange taxis.

A special shout-out to the Manager, Artan, for the big smiles and above and beyond hospitality and service! The rooms are a good size and the terrace is great - especially for a relatively new hotel.

Nice hotel with beautiful green yard and terrace in front. Easy parking. Small payment issue was solved quickly and without hassle Reception Artem is kind, welcoming and always happy to help

I loved Venis Hotel! This was a small Boutiqe Hotel under 20 rooms, which is something that I like because everything is on point. When you first walk in is very stylish and you are immediately greeted by a friendly staff member. They quickly checked us in and directed us in our room. The room itself was super clean and very well designed. I loved the small details in the room which they made it very warm and comfortable. I also loved the mattress, very comfortable and I had the best sleep in a hotel. The staff took care of every need. They helped us when it came to directions in the city and they were very attentive and friendly. I love walking in to a place when each one of the staff member greets you with a smile. In the morning we had breakfas. We had to choose different things that you would need for breakfast, Warm and delicious food. I loved everything about Venis Hotel. I highly recommend staying here. Every time I’ll be back in Tirana I will stay here.

Was surprised positively about this hotel. Very nice rooms. TV lacks a few programs, and breakfast was very besic.

The hotel is located near the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. They have a small buffet, also they offer fresh omelets. Next time I would choose this hotel for my stay in Tirana. It's a good ratio by price and service. There is a parking lot on the territory of the hotel.

Great value for money with very accommodating staff. Rooms were comfy and clean, better than expected for the price. Walk to town is ~30/40 mins, but there is a bus from right outside the hotel. Taxis are only ~600 lek (£4.20) to town. Great for hire car users as the hotel has on site parking and is only 2 mins from a main road (avoiding driving through Central Tirana)

Such friendly staff that make you feel welcome instantly. Rooms are large and newly decorated. It is a little far from town (about 40min walk or their is a bus from outside). Perfect if you have a car or are happy to take taxis. Great for couples, groups or solo travellers. It is a little oasis of calm and tranquillity.

A great hotel to spend few days in Tirana which is located in a walkable distance to the city center. I stayed in the Venis for 11 nights and had a very pleasurable and relaxing time. It is a newly built hotel with nearby access to bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping facilities. Hotel staff can speak many languages including English. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff takes extra care for the guest to make the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I will certainly stay there next time with my family as this was only my solo visit.

Spent three nights in this hotel and had an amazing experience. The receptionist Artan was very helpful and the older man Napolon who works in the night was very funny. The hotel was extremely clean and everything inside our room was brand new. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Tirana!

Enjoyed my stay here. Beautiful hotel. Staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms were bright and clean. Free parking on site for those with cars. Cafes and restaurants and a corner shop all close by and just across the motorway foot bridge. The modern shower with no curtain or screen was my only issue as it was impractical. Would definitely stay here again.

Value for money hotel in Tirana city. Clean room and warm hospitality. All what we wanted. We stayed there as family for 1 night when we landed in Albania. Dont expect any luxuries
