Three years ago I bought a watch at this store, I didn't use it on a daily basis, but after two months the clock hands got stuck, being within the warranty, I returned it to the store. After a few days, I received the watch again, after the service at the store service. Again, I have not used it on a daily basis and during current days I noticed that a mechanism inside the watch had stopped and while trying to fix it I noticed that one of the tightening screws of the watch cover was broken and these people had simply attached it with glue so as not to be visually visible, also inside the mechanism I found another broken and rusty screw and it was this part that had caused the mechanism to stop. This shows that these people are just ordinary traders, who have nothing to do with this sector and professionalism. Recommendation 0, disgust their behavior!
