We were positively surprised by housekeeping who spotlessly cleaned the rooms and we're very friendly. Cocktails at the Bamboo bar tasted so yummy and better than a loooot of "great" bars and hotels we visited. Avra restaurant is a MUST. The food is just heavenly. We will definitely be back.

Staff are welcoming and accommodating, food is amazing breakfast and dinner they never leave a buffet tray empty. Hotel had Air Conditioning issues but this is a minor issue since breeze helps. They tried to accommodate us but we wanted a sea view so AC is not an issue since we were out most of the day and night anyway. The important thing is they attend issues right away, that's what's important for anyone, at least for me. Parking staff are friendly and helpful, seats at the beach are comfy and light to move when shade is needed. Live music nightly in many languages so most tourists are felt like home. Bathrooms have a sewage ventilation issue so keep windows open to avoid smell. Towels are super soft and linen are clean, staff are always cleaning which is a huge plus to feel like home. The only thing is dealing with the currency as you have to spend 2000 Lek to pay with credit card, so I would consider preparing with a lot of Albanian Lek currency in advance.

Z minusów to płatny barek w pokoju, kara 50 Euro za wnoszenie jedzenia z poza hotelu.

Air Conditioning is not working. When you ask somebody at the reception, they say its not their fault. This is not a 4 star hotel. Maybe almost 2 stars. It was a big mistake to book rooms here. Beds are not that comfortable and they REALLY need to change them. If you take Half board food is not that diverse and it remained me on my college dorm kitchen (so nothing fancy or too good here).
