was
part
of

journey
and
you

about

We
were
3
friends
going
on
the
trip
and
we
had
paid
for
a
fourth
place
as
well
(but
the
fourth
friend
couldn't
come
due
to
health
reasons,

we
found
out
right
then
and
there).
The
guide's
son
asked
us
to
vacate
the
fourth
seat,
since
there
were
more
people
on
the
bus
than
the
capacity
of
the
bus
(the
fact
that
there
were
too
many
people
you
denied).
Vacating
the
place/seat
was
imposed
on
us.
Even
though
we
were
not
obliged
to
vacate
that
place
(as
it
was
paid
for
by
us
-
the
invoice
proves
it),
we
vacated
that
place
to
someone
else.
This
entitles
us
to
request
a
partial
refund.
From
subsequent
communications,
you
have
denied
that
you
requested
the
release
of
the
country.
But
hey,
we
didn't
ask
for
someone
else
to
hardly
sit
in
our
friend's
empty,
paid
seat.
Among
other
things,
you
claim
that
there
were
not
too
many
people
on
the
bus.
Then
how
is
it
possible
that
our
friend's
place
was
taken
by
someone
else?
You
don't
even
agree
to
confront
this
fact
with
the
guide's
son
(or
you
just
don't
care).
This
is
very
professional
of
you.
And
since
you
often
like
to
quote
the
contract
and
agency
policies,
I
remind
you
that
we
found
out
about
the
hotel
change
during
the
trip.
Give
it,
deny
that
too,
or
return
some
ironic
reply.
Other
interesting
facts:
It
is
assumed
that
alcoholic
beverages
or
the
consumption
of
strongly
smelling
foods
are
not
allowed
on
the
bus.
A
gentleman
drank
5
bottles
of
beer
on
the
way
back
(March
10),
smelling
bad
and
using
vulgar
words.
No
warning
or
attention-grabbing
measures
were
taken
against
him.
From
the
phone
communication
with
you:
"The
guide's
son
is
not
security"
and
"We
could
have
called
the
police
(since
we
are
not
responsible)".
YOU
ARE
CONTRADICTORY,
REFUSE
TO
TAKE
ANY
RESPONSIBILITY,
OBJECT
WITHOUT
BASIS
AND
AT
THE
SAME
TIME
TALK
ABOUT
NOT
LISTENING
TO
TRUTHS
THAT
DO
NOT
APPLY
TO
YOU.

you
to
constantly
train
yourself
in
your
approach
to
customers.
I
