Not proffesional at all ! You schedule appointment but they delay or leave you waiting ! Either way they have an attitude ! Waste of time since in the first visit ! I dont recommend.

Doctors do their job profesionally, but the staff is not good, they act rude sometimes and they are not correct with the service and don't come in time when you need them. The setting is very good and comfortable.

I had a rhinoplasty at the clinic 2 weeks ago and it was overall a great experience. My nose already looks pretty and air was coming through from day 6, till now that I normally breathe from the nose. Dr. Balloma is very professional and really payed attention to me. Also, dr. Sedat, the anesthesiologist made me feel secure before the procedure. The rest of the stuff is very kind as well, especially Aurora or Aura (not sure). Thank you all! 🙏🏼

I came from New York to do rhinoplasty at Luis Medical Center. I found Dr. Balloma on instagram, did my research, and scheduled an appointment. But I still wasn't sure if I was going to do it or not, I was really scared. Then the evening before my scheduled surgery I went to the clinic to meet the doctor and I knew that it was the right choice. I just had the feeling, and everything seemed really good. The clinic was clean and modern, I saw patients that looked happy, and the staff was nice. The surgery went great, honestly I didn't even feel scared anymore. The anesthesiologist made me feel good and I trusted him (I've never been under anesthesia before). My whole experience at Luis Medical Center was really great. The clinic is really comfy and nice. The nurses were amazing. It's 12 days post op now and my nose is so beautiful, I'm really happy. Doctor Balloma, I have to say, is a true artist. And he is so nice. He is friendly and kind. As far as the shape of my nose, we didn't discuss it much, I just trusted him to do the best nose for me and he did. And I saw how many people come to the clinic and how much work he does, and he does really good work. Doctor Balloma is the best doctor and I couldn't be happier that I chose him. Hey people, my biggest fear was to operate on the tonsils ( after suffering for a long time) but today I managed to defeat it, at the @luismedicalcenter clinic. Any fear that I felt insecure was extinguished from the moment of hospitality by the staff first to the doctors who are the best and every other person who works there! The conditions are perfect, zero pain and a lot of care, especially when you have excessive fear like me😂 The clinic has many other services that result in a grade of 10/10 🤩 every problem is difficult but we are never afraid that there is no solution, LUIS has solutions and very smart and infallible! Had a rhinoplasty done almost 9 months ago. Doctor Balloma has a particular approach but the appearance of my nose is very satisfying. I still feel a bit of difficulty in breathing but otherwise happy with the service, this giving stars. Really good value for money

My friend and I came to Luis Medical Centre for rhinoplasty and some liposuction. The clinic is very clean and modern; state of the art. The staff are really wonderful and so friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Our rhinoplasty was done by Dr Kostandin Balloma and we are really happy with our initial results, as it will take some time for swelling to go down. Dr Balloma is an excellent surgeon with a lot of experience, our noses were both difficult cases but he did an amazing job. Unlike other surgeons Dr Balloma is capable of operating on thick skin, I believe this comes from his years of experience. My liposuction was done by Dr Mustafa and he was so helpful in telling me what he could achieve. Sometimes the patient waiting area can seem a little disorganised but we quickly realised that this is just the way things are here, it by no means reflected on our surgery and treatment which was above our expectations. I would 100% recommend Dr Balloma and Luis Medical Centre

My friend and I travelled from London for my revision rhinoplasty and her liposuction. The clinic is clean and nice, but it is always overcrowded and busy. When we arrived in Albania, the driver immediately took us to the clinic. We spoke with the nurses, and they said our surgery had to take place the same day, despite the fact that we had just gotten off the plane. We were having second thoughts at this point because we felt the consultation was rushed and that as soon as we walked in, they wanted to prepare us for surgery, which made us nervous. However, we stuck to our decision and went ahead with the surgery. My consultation was brief, and I explained everything I wanted to Dr. Balloma. After seeing my nose, he gave me exactly what I wanted. He is truly incredible at what he does and a true professional. The post-operative care was also good, and the night shift nurse was especially kind; there is a language barrier, but most of the nurses understand English to some extent. The most important thing is that my nose is now perfect, and I am only five days post-op. I adore it and feel like I can even breathe better. I highly recommend Dr. Balloma and his team.

DO NOT go there. Dr. Balloma is the most arrogant person you could ever come across too. He doesn't care about your health or what happens to your nose after the surgery. He's just there for the money and he will SCREAM at you if you ever ask him questions or have some concerns about the operation. My cousin went there for her nose job and she cannot breath from one of her nostrils because of him. If you care about yourself, think twice before going there.

I had a rhinoplasty 8 months ago done by dr Kostandin Balloma in Luis Medical Center and I am beyond satisfied. I had problems with breaking my nose as a child, and I had a hump and it was quite difficult to breathe - I decided to solve all this and the doctor really did the magic. Apart from the fact that the prices for our premises are very affordable, the doctor is extremely kind and the entire staff is very wonderful. The recovery was very easy, removing the tampons was not unpleasant at all because they are made of special silicone. They are very responsive and will answer all your questions in a short time. I am very satisfied and recommend this clinic and the doctors who work there. Perhaps the biggest plus is that the doctor really tries to make sure that the nose matches the rest of the face and looks very natural.
