The treatment I got was everything I needed and wanted from a proper massage. The staff was very friendly and inviting and felt very comfortable throughout my time there. Good experience nice atmosphere with relax music and hot oils. They have a big bathroom with many amenities like shampoo soap and body spray and they offer also to every customer an underwear for the massage and a bathrobe so you can take a bath before and after massage.they have a very friendly staff and in the end I suggest to take the relax program because the girls is very tough and the deep tissue is like a normal for them😉

I had the best massage! My massage therapist was so incredibly skilled and experienced, and she communicated with me throughout the massage to check on how I was feeling. She located several places where I had pain (some that I didn't even realize I had!) and she focused on those areas to improve the knots in the muscles. It was the perfect deep tissue massage and I was so relaxed the entire time. Thank you so much! :)

Very Proffessional and original massage. I did a Swedish full body massage after 26 km 6 hours hiking in Theth and this massage was the cure for this long trip. The therapist was absolutely professional and knew exactly what she is doing. I recommend it as a body restart.

The best massage I have in Tirana. Ada is very amazing! She is very experienced and thoughtful about how to solve the problems I have on the back & shoulder. The treatment she gave is very helpful to my soreness and relive my stress. My body is fully rejuvenated!

The place was very nice . I did have a massage treatment and My therapist Ada was great and very professional. Before the treatment I had some pain in my shoulder and she did find exactly where the pain was and worked on that.. Now i feel much more better and very relaxed!

I reserved for me and my girlfriend and we had this room prepared for us, it felt so relaxing and the music in the background , omg, the massage was way too relaxing,we didnt wanna leave after we finished. I highly reccomend you guys to try it.

Very clean and professional spa in the heart of Blloku, behind a tabakino in a building on the 6th floor. Very relaxing and warm interiors, candles and soft music. Nice tea and a shower in a beautiful bathroom before the massage. Aurela is very competent and professional, her Swedish massage was a blissful gift for my body. I hade massage twice, one 1 hour and another 1 hour and a half. Prices are reasonable. I will definitely go back again when I am in Tirana.

I have had numerous sport massages around the world. But the massage I had today was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Tila was knowledgeable therapist who knows where to give deep work & where to lighten up. It was therapeutic as well as a wonderful release of all stress. My friend and I booked same-day appointments and had amazing massages. Prices were fair with 4,500 leke for 1 hour Swedish massage, and 6,000 leke for 1.5 hours of combo Thai and Swedish. There is a shower available before and after the massage if you would like. The staff are skilled, friendly, and professional.

Every step of my experience, from scheduling to the massage itself, was met with professionalism and a clear focus on the customer. My masseuse, Aurela, was fantastic. It is clear that she has had extensive professional training and she was able to customize the massage according to my specific needs. This was an easy 5 stars!

Would not go there again. I had high expectations due to the other reports and booked a massage for 90 minutes and a spa pedicure (50 minutes according to the pricelist). The place looks nice the receptionist is friendly. But not worth the money. In details: About the massage: after 60 minutes the masseuse changed (I did asked in advance if a 90 minute massage is possible). I think that is very inconvenient. Okay... the first masseuse was good. But i didn't like that she not once asked me if I have any pain or anything before she started the massage ... but she did a good job. But the second was not good at all. She was hectic and just put oil on me over and over again and repeated the same movement all the time you n such a fast way that it was uncomfortable and not relaxing. No sensitivity at all. Didn't feel save in her hands. And it didn't felt like a deep tissue massage, that was what I booked and payed for. And to top that. The massage was over after 80 minutes (including the break where they switched) and the last 10 minutes i was told that I should rest. That never happened to me that I payed for more than I got. The pedicure: worst one I ever got! It was insensitive and not worth anything. I got a food bath. Then she cut my nails when they were wet completely short without asking anything how I would like them to look and filed them while they were completely wet. My nails don't look good at all. Just very short. Then she scrubbed a bit, but with no kindness at all. At one point it hurt a lot, that can happen, but she didn't even say sorry. She didn't do anything with the toenails, although they would have needed it after I hiked for 11 days... I guess that was also because she did the manicure with very little light. No feet lotion or anything at the end. To top all that: it was over after 25 minutes, although I booked the pedicure for 40-50 minutes. When I said something and asked why I have to pay for the long treatment as I just got the short one the first response was that I didn't needed the massage as I got one before (for which I was charged as well). Yeah but I booked it and you wanted to charge it!?!? After a little discussion they deducted a bit from the price, but I think the reaction was not very professional. And at that moment I didn't feel comfortable to give an open feedback about the massage. Wouldn't go there. Really not worth the money.

I feel so lucky I found this gem of spa! Couldn’t be happier with the treatment. I went for a deep facial cleanse and it was a thorough one, manual extractions included. As a bonus, I got my eyebrows and upper lip done at no extra cost. If you decide to go, you’ll find a very relaxing atmosphere, attention to detail, service oriented staff, fair prices and real kindness. I certainly will be back soon for some other treatments. I came in for a 60 minutes deep tissue massage with the therapist it was amazing —great pressure, great technique, overall i loved it. The facility was really spacious and relaxing, most importantly a very hygienic place. I found my new go too place for a massage.

One of the best places i have been and definitely the best massage i have ever had so far..Thanks to my therapist Ada for doing such an amassing work on the pain i had on my feet and shoulders.Now i feel much better. Highly recommended

I have been here for massages, facials, waxing and other treatments. I came to Tirana last February with my partner and I went for a facial (he had a massage) which was fabulous. I came to Albania again this week with a friend and my mum and we all had massages. Safe to say the girls all are amazing and they do wonders. I’d like to thank especially Esmeralda, who I had to have another facial with this year because she’s just too good. Aside from being an amazing therapist she is a lovely person and i throughly enjoyed having treatments done by her. If you happen to be in Tirana and are looking to pamper yourself this beauty centre is just the place for you. Looking forward to visiting again next time I come to Albania. Xxx

Very nice place! Stylish, clean and have everything what you need for having a good experience. Also have nice relaxing music When I went I had a pain in my shoulder and my therapist Ada paid attention to this and work on my shoulders. So now I feel much better

Had a couples Swedish massage yesterday and I have to say it was a 5 star experience, one of the best massages I’ve had! The masseuses were extremely professional and sweet, and the room was gorgeous! Also they had great facilities for shower and changing as well. Would love to go back and highly recommend if you’re in Tirana in need for some relaxation!

I spontaneously booked a same-day appointment and was highly satisfied with the process and service. Getting into the place is like other reviewers wrote. However, Jasmine Spa has a sign with their phone number, floor and a request to call them. I did just that and had no problem entering. The staff was polite, the deep tissue massage excellent.

Absolutely unprofessional!!! When you arrive you have to wait by the elevator until the staff come down for you but they don't come down until you call them 10,000 times and you are greeted with a facial expression like "you owe them money" and then they start saying "You MUST go up to the 6th floor» instead of apologizing and not arguing like in the market, of course I left this place, I don’t need moralizing for my money from women who hate other women! Zero customer focus, I would not recommend!

I got the Hammam thinking it would be a good. I told the lady as she was performing it that my when she was scrubbing it hurt. She said that is normal and continuing scrubbing. Afterwards I went to the front desk and asked if my chest was supposed to look like this and feel like little cuts. They said yes. This picture is my check a day after. It hurts and doesn’t feel good at all. My chest was clear and I had no rashes before this service. I will never come back to this spa and wish I had a refund for this.

The massage was very good, but I had to pay 4500 lek for standard 1 hour massage. In other places, the price is 4000 lek for the same service.

Yesterday I went with my boyfriend for deep tissue massage. It was excellent, very professional little painful massage. Both physiotherapist were friendly and easy to communicate in case you need some adjustments. We had the massage at the same time and in the same room. We got tea before massage, enough time to undress and get comfortable. We could take shower before and after the massage. Definitely recommend to everyone:)
