I wanted to replace the crown on my front tooth, but due to me having to go back to US i asked how long it will take before even started. They told me don’t worry it will only take two days. So i went on a Saturday, did a cleaning, whitening, and started with the process for replacing the crown. I had to come back Monday to try it. I was actually surprised how they did not look at my tooth on Saturday to compare for the color that needed to be done and they told me don’t worry on Monday they will see it it better and compare it. So i come on Monday and i was there for only 5 min, of course the color was all wrong. They scheduled me an apt for Tuesday at 11. I go there, they bring the crown and it was again not the right color, they told me to wait 30 min so they could fix it. I waited and after 30 min they tried it again. It wasn’t right again. They told me to come in 2 hours so they could fix it. It was such a bad timing, i had to be around that clinic all day. But i said okay and i told them im leaving the next day early in the morning and I can’t do this all day i have other stuff to do. What surprised me even more was that they collected the rest of money for the crown without being done yet. They told me that’s the procedure. I mean who pays everything when they are not finished but anyways i paid because i was sure they were professional. I came back 2 hrs later and guess what, it was not done right again. And they were like can you come tomorrow or in the afternoon. I am like no I can’t come again. I couldn’t afford to go there again after having so much stuff to do before my trip. So i told them to put what they had because I can’t waste no more time. Not even a sorry was heard from their part. I ended leaving with my tooth with a different color and top of that i paid for it. I felt ripped off. I have done the crown before on my front tooth and had only taken one look comparing it and getting it right. I dont know what they were doing in here. They waisted a lot of my time, my money, because now i have to pay again to get another crown that looks similar with my other teeth. A total disappointment. Now i know for next time to never go here again.

Usually people go to the dentist with fear and nervousness but everything is different here. The staff makes me feel right at home and they have become like family. They take great care of their clients and offer the most high-end service to the customer there is. I had my braces taken off not too long. I was taken to my corresponding room and offered anything i needed. The dentist made the procedure feel very pleasant and not at all uncomfortable. I have been their client for the last 15 years, and i do not plan on changing that anytime soon. There hasn’t been one procedure that i have done, that hadn’t gone smoothly. I have recommended Brianza Dent to all my friends and family. Everyone i sent to their clinic has come out smiling ear to ear because of how happy they were with the results. To sum this rivew up, it is the best clinic in the dental industry of Albania and dare i say of the whole Balkan. Overall a very great and pleasant experience. First of all i want to say that I'm terrified of dentists and dental clinic but as soon as i stepped in at Brianza Dent, i wasn't sure if it was a dental clinic or a SPA 😂 so i thought it's a great start and i was more at ease with my phobia. The staff that took care of me was very polite and talked me through all of the procedure which was a tooth extraction and honestly part of my fear just went away. Dr. Denis was the doctor who extract my tooth and he did a great job because i didn't even feel a thing. I thought he hasn't even begin the procedure and after just a few seconds he said to me "You're all done" 😂 I was like "you kidding me right?" 😂 10/10 wouldn recommend this clinic and this staff 👌🏼

I got a basic cleaning and a teeth whitening done for a very good and reasonable price. Immediately I got an x-ray done followed by a consultation. I then got an appointment booked, and came by next day to complete my appointment. My service providers were very good during the service, understanding as well. The atmosphere in the clinic was joyful and they both did a very good and efficient job. I’ve attached a picture below with one of the service providers whom was funny throughout the whole service. I’d recommend to anyone outside of Albania to come and trust this clinic. No insurance needed, and the prices for the services are very reasonable.
