Time is 1:30 pm on a Tuesday. I sat outside. Seatings outdoor and indoor. There is heater outdoor. My view was toward the square which was nice. It was a quiet day. The ambiance is beautiful inside. I love the look of the bar area and I want to come back and sit indoor. Capuccino is 200 lek. Tortilla is 350 lek which was good. They take credit card, however the service is .50 for using credit card. The waiter was very nice and attentive.

My best Raki in Tirana I had here. Gentle service, Bar was full, but I could take my glas a few steps away, sitting with a nice view over Skenderbej Place. Thanks a lot. Fair prices for this special location.

The coffee was satisfactory, however, there was no accessible menu to review. The staff's proficiency in English was limited, which hindered effective communication. Despite the aesthetically pleasing ambiance, the overall atmosphere was disorganized and messy.

The head bartender here is very talented and made us beautiful cocktails (the best we had in Albania!) Service from Julien was exceptional, he was so friendly and helpful and even gave us other recommendations for Tirana! We ended up coming back here 2 weeks later at the end of our holiday as we enjoyed it so much.

This coffee shop offers average quality and service, but its location is fantastic, with great view of Sheshi Skenderbej. Quite busy but seating is usually available.

The guys at Opera Caffe are very friendly and cooperative. They helped me getting 1000 euro back. I had drinks at the bar next to them and that bar mistakenly deducted 1000 euro instead of 1000 lek from my account. I contacted the guys at Opera Caffee thinking it was the bar we went to. Though I mistakenly accused them of stealing from me, they helped me identify the bar we went to and contacted them on our behalf. If it were not for their kind cooperation, I would have not gotten my money back.

Very bad quality of drinks for very expensive prices. Even in Europe you could find cheeper coffee in a nice location. You could find much better in Tirana.

I got the courage to approach the waiter as I had the bill. He immediately gave me 200 lek back. This was a very strange experience.
