I had a lovely experience with Aria Travel. Very professional and quick to respond to whatsapp messages. I had no problem booking my tours and they also suggested an itinerary that worked out to be more economical and made most of my time in Albania. Booked a day trip to Kruje and Shkoder and our guide Kosta was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Stopped at all the important places and more and also stopped at a good burek bakery on the way back. The car was clean and comfortable. We also did a 2 day trip planned to Belsh, Berat, Overnight in Gjirokaster, Blue Eye, Saranda and Albanian Riviera. Kosta was our guide again so you cant go wrong. Would highly recommend this place for tours in Albania. They charge a fair price and are trustworthy. Send them a whatsapp and book early.

I booked a private tour to Ohrid. The local guide was very knowledgeable and nice. But the problem is Arial didn’t tell the local guide that St. Sofia’s entrence was included, so we didn’t enter. When I paid at the end of the trip, this mistake was never mentioned. I had to remind the driver that the entrance fee had to be excluded. Actually it’s not about money, because it’s not much, but as I paid 180 euros for this private tour, I expected better service, and what I missed would never be compensated because I’m not coming back. this is very unprofessional. And for the payment, they accepted only cash. When I asked for payment by card, the customer service just never replied. The tour itself was beautiful and nice. My driver was nice. But experience was under expectations.

Went on a day trip to Ohrid lake. Guide Kosta was one of the best guides we ever came across. The cost of the day trip was lowest among all. No hassles at all.
