Totally disappointing as a purchase. The stones fell off the ring that I just bought within a week. At first they told us about a permanent guarantee, while when we went there they showed us the address of the service in Tirana so we could go there ourselves. Nothing like we were told at the beginning. High price for the quality that came out.

Bought recently on their shop. I chose them after recommendation and thinking it was an Italian strong brand. After only one week the product i bought lost it stones and it was not because of bad treatment. I sent the product back to be fixed. They gave it back to me in the same condition, whithout the stone in its place. It was one of my first very bad experiences. Very disappointed. Also the price was very vague. Only because they say it is italian you should trust them .Nothing more on this.Not very trustful.

The best shopping experience. You can find unique and beautifull pieces, at any price range you are looking for. Its the place to go if you are looking for a cute little gold necklace at 100 euros or for a diamod ring for your special one. I really like having options and different price ranges when shopping for anything really. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.
