It deserves 0 stars. Outrageous service. Arrogant and rude seller!

Save your money and buy at a reputable Pandora. 2 charms broke in less than 6 mo and nothing! Stones fell out of ring twice, nothing. Charms were only fixed once back in US. Ring still not fixed, but I have 2 year warranty! Recently husband took son to buy gift for mother's day unknowing I had stopped shopping there. Necklace was too short! Took it back and asked for refund because I was told all necklaces except 2 had the same size chain. Owner refused and offered exchange only or refund - 20%packaging fee! Left store with no refund, no necklace, and no exchange! They speak english to make the sell, but don't mention store policy only in Albanian. When I complained , the agent spoke perfect english to say "You bought in Albania, we do not refund! I do not care about other places!" Buyers Beware!!

uneducated sellers. arrogant and tactless. I will not advise anyone to buy there. alas Pandora in whose hands it is left to be sold. Many of my friends also have this impression...
