My experience was uncomfortable and the dentist who attended to me was very harsh and did not put me at ease at all. I'm giving four stars only because her actual knowledge and the procedure was competent. If you are looking for a dentist that will take time to explain procedures, or not make you feel anxious while in the chair: do not go here. I believe it is three dentists at the clinic and the one who attended to me was one of the female ones. Unlike some of the reviews on here, you can be assured mine is genuine. Edit: After the response below I've changed my rating from 4 stars to one. The aggressive manner that is displayed here is exactly what you'll get if you go in person. Stay away.

Great experience today, had a teeth general cleaning done and the dentist was very professional. Spoke great English, really good prices for a fraction of what I’d pay in Portugal, and the clinic was clean and well decorated. I was able to make a last minute appointment for the next day by sending them a WhatsApp message.

It was recommended to us by a friend a year ago. My husband redid both arches and last week I had two molars. The doctor is a precise and prepared person, Dr. Gisela is an excellent collaborator, patient and kind. All the staff are super. Congratulations to everyone!!! We have recommended it to several friends and relatives.

I came away with such a great impression of City Dental! I was recommended to the clinic by a fellow traveler and just wanted to schedule a last-minute cleaning. It was easy to find a day and time that fit with my schedule. They were also nice enough to call me when I was running late and didn't mind that I came an hour late. The dentist I had was a female in the very first room and she was the best dentist I've had in a while. She listened to my concerns, cleaned my teeth, then gave me great suggestions and product recommendations. I felt so heard and was smiling so hard by the end of the visit. The only confusion I had was that after using the number on Google maps to contact the clinic, I was then called back by another person at a different phone number and had practically the same conversation. Everything ended well though. Thank you!

I’m very glad I ended up coming here after 5+ years not visiting any dentist.

Overall great experience. I was a bit nervous about dental tourism in Albania, however, mind was soon put at rest, practice was clean and dentist was lovely and patient with me. I had extractions and implants done. Am considering bringing my parents for implants and visit this summer Albania.

I am super happy with the result and I have suggested to my friends to come if they want quality and aesthetics! From the first day of the surgery, removing the entire mouth, until the day I put the final implants, I can tell you with complete conviction that I have no worries.
