hospitals.
I
suggest
to
arrange
the
part
of
washing
and
cleaning
the
babies
with
a
dedicated
place
in
the
bathroom
with
warm
water,
providing
continuous
water
as
there
was
neither
water
nor
toilet
paper.
Then
the
part
of
the
certificate
for
the
birth
permit,
the
system
does
not
work
and
they
delay
the
exit,
when
you
go
out
they
do
not
register
you
because
the
system
does
not
work
or
they
have
finished
2-3
hours
of
work,
they
give
the
check
and
the
basket
without
the
registration,
instead
that
they
make
you
automatically
inside
the
hospital,
drive
you
up
and
down
for
1
week
leaving
work,
and
getting
fines
for
not
having
parking
that
if
you
calculate
the
municipality
fines
you
more
than
the
baskets
they
give
you,
shame.
The
other
half
will
leave
you
inside,
but
you
will
wait
outside
in

rain
and
cold,
and
