And most of staff is speaking good in English( not a lot place where is speaking English at all…) Very big thanks we wanna to say Alex :-) Lot of place have to learn more about Custumer service from them ❤️ Hope so to come back to Durrës one more time, but this time stay in Empire hotel (not Alion as we are now :((() ) (worst service ever in hotel reception)

We haven't used their sunbeads, which I regret a lot, since their part of the beach, including sunbeds and reed umbrellas is much better in comparison to other places. The waiters are super friendly and speak English.
