I've stayed for 9 days and the service was perfect. Very kind and helpful people who are willing to help you with everything. The food is sublime. Very delicious and not too expensive at all. Rooms are great. There's air-conditioning and the rooms get cleaned every day. What makes it perfect is that the beach is a 10 second walk and the hotel owns his private property, which means you're always able to have a place to lay on. They also have a private taxi which is way cheaper than the usual ones. I've been in a few 5* hotels that looks nice usually. But what Inn hotel makes perfect is honestly the kindness and helpfulness and always in for a good talk or a beer together. Albanians are known for their respect and kindness. You find it here.

I don't even know why I booked this hotel. Guess it was the distance to the water. The experience was bad 🚫 First of all the service was non existent. People working there had no servicemind at all. Felt like money was the only thing they had in mind. You had to pay the room before seeing the room... Suspicious?! 🤑 Guess they previously had problems with guests not wanting to pay after seeinge the hotel room. And yes, I would had been one of them aswell. The room of doom: The room smelled black mole. Looking in to the AC unit it was full of mold and the filter might never ever had been changed. "Will I be sick if I stay here" was the first thing that came to my mind when entering the room. The bathroom was small and had bad ventilation. No walls surrounding the shower, so water was everywhere. And the water was cold all days but the firs one. Same for my friends in other rooms. The toilet made weired screaming noises 5 min after flushing, like it wanted me to put it out of its misery, escape the hotel. Tapping it at the right side made the screaming stop. Take that as a professional tip for anyone dumb enough, like me, to book this hotel after reading the reviews 🚽 Smart moves: After checking out the next family arrived in the lobby and instantly got our keys to the room?!!? Few minutes goes by and the family comes storming down to the lobby angry about the room not being cleaned. How can you have check-out and check-in set to the same time??? I don't own a hotel but that seems a little impossible for the poor cleaning personal 🫧🪥🧽

Dont waste your holiday in this hotel.The staff is very rude they give as the room key and told go on second floor is your room when we get in room as you can see in photos the trash in door , dirty room with towels in floor.We go back to reception to complain they change the room with another in first floor same the room dirty with used towels nothing same as in photos.Because the towels were dirty i used my towel which the next day went missing from room.After long complain they took me to roof to check if any of towels is mine and found it.I will bet that is worst and dirtiest hotel in earth

This place has left us speechless. The worst of the worst. Starting from the reception, the guy was not hospitable at all. After being informed that our room is clean, we have found everything but a clean room. Hair everywhere, toilet not cleaned at all, shower not changed-fixed since the last century. Disgusting and unthinkable experience. I think I the staff is not even aware that they are working there. Completely lost and rude. The rooms are nothing like the pictures shown online. The cleaning was never done in our room either before our arrival or during our stay, as in the rest of the hotel apart from mopping and spreading the dirt is all that is done! If you come to stop in Durrës avoid this hotel at any cost !

The rooms were terrible. They were not cleaned and we found some things inside the room that shouldn't be there. The service was also very bad, at first they gave us the wrong room and we had to go back. They were very bad mannared aswell. The location wasn't so bad the beach was near there and there was a path with other restaurants and bars.

The worst experience I have ever had. Unfortunately I can't give less than 1 star. Let me explain why: My parents made a reservation for me and my fiance and the dog at least 2 weeks prior our arrival. They asked several times if was okay to accomodate the dog also in our room for a night open to pay a fee for the dog as well. Hotel staff's accepted the additional fee and made the booking. When we finally get there once we stepped in the all. The guy at the reception started nodding looking at the dog. Then he started looking for the reservation which he was unable to find. He had to call the manager, to understand how to find our names in the system. While he was looking, we were stand up for at least 15 minutes. Then the nightmare started. The receptionist gave us the key of the room and accompanied us there. The room was like a corridor whit single beds. But the worst has to come: the shower was completely horrible. Hairs everywhere also sticked on the wall, bathroom completely dirty with footprints everywhere. It was disgusting even thinking about taking a shower. We protested at the reception. They decided to change our room assigning another one with a broken window directly on the road. You were able to hear any single engine passing on the road. Oh ...and don't forget that also this time we had single beds and very dirty bathroom. We had enough of their behaviour and we went away. We went straight to the reception asking for a refund. The guy at the reception couldn't accept it. So he called the hotel manager, I spoke to the hotel manager at the phone and he agreed to refund but not the total, saying that since we paid with credit card and he didn't want to lose 5€. ...Think about completely losing your reputation and ruin an experience for 5€. If you can run away as soon and as far as possible from this place.

Nice place if you get used to the cheap hotels. Stuff is very friendly and they try to do everything they can under this circumstances. If you decide to pay less just be ready to the less comfortable place. What impressed us on the beach - how the Albanians leave litter about - its just sad and terrible :( didn't wait such a thing. Extremely dirty beach and all these families even do not try to clean or ask to clean - rest in this dirtiness. Phhhh. Left those places as soon as earlier

Great place. The rooms are clean, modern and have a lot of outlets. The wifi is strong, and the staff is really nice and you feel welcomed. Great place to stay for one night.

Absolutely terrible. I have never experienced such horrible service. Not only were our rooms never cleaned throughout our 5 day stay, but we had also been scammed for money. When I arrived in the afternoon back to my hotel room with my fiancee I was told immediately by the hotel manager that I had to pay 30 euros because we had stained the hotel bed sheets. We were confused but we said okay and went upstairs to see these mysterious stains that had appeared on our bed sheets. When we arrived we had a massive yellow (seemingly bleached stain) on our bed and also dark grey/black stains that had seemingly been swiped across the bed with a dust pan or a brush. I have never been more confused. I thought maybe my aftersun cream might have left a slight stain on the bed, but this was insane. These were clearly put on the bed, and even so my aftersun cream clearly stated on the box that it does not stain bed sheets and clothing (and yes my clothing was not stained at all). We went downstairs with all my creams and everything and told the manager and the hotel owner and we were met with hostility and arrogance. They kept demanding that we pay 30 euros ( which we did because that wasn’t the reason we were upset, we were upset we were accused and set up for a mere 30 euros and treated in such a way). We payed it and left it because it wasn’t worth it but from the hotel owner to the manager and down to the cleaner, absolutely ridiculous and horrible service. Our holiday was ruined by something so silly at the end of our stay, just because an empty hotel wanted to rip us off for a sum that we would have given as a tip anyway, because that’s the type of people we are. Minus - 5 stars if I could.

Three stars mostly for the staff of hotel, that is very pleasant, friendly, multilingual. As for the hotel - rooms are unfinished, terraces have installations hanging feom the wall, bathroom is partly demolished and faucets are dirty. I understand that for 60$ per niggt you cant expect wow moment but the basics are still missing. Also, food is decent..

Confirmed reservation for 4 rooms, also prepaid and at the arrival the hotel was full booked and no one room at diaposal. The attitude of the reception guy and also the manager ( who didn' t want to speak directly) were arogant and finally they refused to accomodate and refund any cent!!! Be very carefully, don't think to accomodate here !!!

Dirty hotel. Bathrooms never been cleaned. Yelow dirty sheets 🤮. In internet reservation sites there are old pics of the hotel that now is completely different , too used and never cleaned. They steel me 800 € for my stay in that disater. They didn't refund me. I booked three rooms for my family and they put in three diferent floors. Then I use to book another excellent hotel next door for the same rate including the dinner ( hotel Kamomil) . Please avoid that hotel.

I don’t know where to start Il gave 5 stars as it deserves 6. Hotel nice and clean Food the best in all them hotels Honesty and kindness top. Put it this way. I needed my car got my car blocked in from other cars in car park. The owner offered me he’s own car. I’d definitely recommend Inn hotel.

Nice, clean modern hotel with great service. -1 star bc we had a room without window. (Technically there was, but it was in the toilet...) food was better than expected.

Service is 0/10. You have to wait for your coffee an half hour or they even forget it. It also applies for the food. If you two people forget it, only families or group of women will be preferred. that’s funny! Not a again!
