The
worst
experience
I
have
ever
had.
Unfortunately
I
can't
give
less
than
1
star.
Let
me
explain
why:
My
parents
made
a
reservation
for
me
and
my
fiance
and
the
dog
at
least
2
weeks
prior
our
arrival.
They
asked
several
times
if
was
okay
to
accomodate
the
dog
also
in
our
room
for
a
night
open
to
pay
a
fee
for
the
dog
as
well.
Hotel
staff's
accepted
the
additional
fee
and
made
the
booking.
When
we
finally
get
there
once
we
stepped
in
the
all.
The
guy
at
the
reception
started
nodding
looking
at
the
dog.
Then
he
started
looking
for
the
reservation
which
he
was
unable
to
find.
He
had
to
call
the
manager,
to
understand
how
to
find
our
names
in
the
system.
While
he
was
looking,
we
were
stand
up
for
at
least
15
minutes.
Then
the
nightmare
started.
The
receptionist
gave
us
the
key
of
the
room
and
accompanied
us
there.
The
room
was
like
a
corridor
whit
single
beds.
But
the
worst
has
to
come:
the
shower
was
completely
horrible.
Hairs
everywhere
also
sticked
on
the
wall,
bathroom
completely
dirty
with
footprints
everywhere.
It
was
disgusting
even
thinking
about
taking
a
shower.
We
protested
at
the
reception.
They
decided
to
change
our
room
assigning
another
one
with
a
broken
window
directly
on
the
road.
You
were
able
to
hear
any
single
engine
passing
on
the
road.
Oh
...and
don't
forget
that
also
this
time
we
had
single
beds
and
very
dirty
bathroom.
We
had
enough
of
their
behaviour
and
we
went
away.
We
went
straight
to
the
reception
asking
for
a
refund.
The
guy
at
the
reception
couldn't
accept
it.
So
he
called
the
hotel
manager,
I
spoke
to
the
hotel
manager
at
the
phone
and
he
agreed
to
refund
but
not
the
total,
saying
that
since
we
paid
with
credit
card
and
he
didn't
want
to
lose
5€.
...Think
about
completely
losing
your
reputation
and
ruin
an
experience
for
5€.
If
you
can
run
away
as
soon
and
as
far
as
possible
from
this
place.
