The
customer
service
is
atrocious.
They
woman
who
answered
the
WhatsApp
phone
was
terrible.
Do
not
bother
wasting
your
time
here.
Was
given
the
run
around
with
no
consistent
answers.
I
asked
to
speak
with
management,
and
was
ghosted.
Maybe
hire
someone
else
for
customer
service.
Feel
free
to
contact
me.
I
have
the
full
long
unanswered
WhatsApp.
As
she
couldn’t
talk
on
the
phone.
As
there
was
a
price
difference
from
email
to
her.
Neither
of
us
had
attitudes,
but
after
talking
to
her
about
the
different
prices
75€/person/night
as
quoted
in
my
email
for
3
people
with
2
rooms.
I
thanked
her
and
wanted
to
talk
with
the
rest
of
my
party
as
the
price
changed
to
150€/room/night.
She
no
longer
responded
to
messages,
and
hung
up
on
calls.
I
was
actually
calling
to
agree
to
the
final
price
after
I
spoke
with
the
other
guests.
Will
be
staying
at
a
friendlier
hotel.
I
will
not
be
recommending
this
hotel.
Travel
agents
did
say
this
hotel
had
numerous
complaints.
They
didn’t
even
want
us
to
pick
it.
Should’ve
listened.
