Very poor organization! I had booked an appointment by email a few weeks ago, which was also quickly confirmed. When I arrived I was told that the employee with whom I had an appointment always starts working later and if it is a problem to wait half an hour. For me it was okay, so I waited. A little later I was told that unfortunately it is not possible to have the appointment, because the employee already has another customer. Why do you confirm an appointment when you don't know when your employees start working? I was also blamed for the fact that they didn't have my number to reach me. When I told the gentleman that they had my email he just said he didn't know anything about it because he doesn't have anything to do with emails. Very unprofessional! Can not recommend this salon at all!

I was by chance in this really lovely place. It seemed to me that it belonged to a bar because in the window several writings reported the word coffee so I entered and asked for a coffee. The place is super elegant, a peach tree in bloom dominates the room and the chairs with Victorian style tables have created a truly fairytale environment. The staff are really welcoming and the coffee is amazing. I really recommend a stop in this beautiful place but only after reading other people's reviews did I understand that perhaps it is a beauty center with a bar at the entrance😅😅😅

I was a tourist in Tirana and found this salon thanks to the good reviews. I absolutely loved it and here is why - There is a price list available and the prices are really good. I went to so many places where the people refused to show me the price list. But here they are transparant and honest. - The lady at the reception is great! she helped with the translation, was kind and polite. She did het upmost best to accomodate me and squize me in. - The ladies working doing the nails are pro's and since I have sensitive cuticles they were taking it easy. - I also took a massage OH MY GOD! the lady is excellent, may God bless her hands. - THe salon is very clean, every inch of it including the bathroom! - The autoclave is always used and materials are stored in a hygienic way. I cannot reiterate how great this place is, its people, the service, the prices and the transparancy. They have a cute cafe in the back where you can also just chill. Thank you for everything!

I had a perfect pampering day at Arome Gruaje Health and Spa including anticellulite massage, facelifting massage, manicure, scalp and hair treatment as well as bikini wax. Everything was done to a great detail and service was excellent. Good value for money. A warm recommendation to this place! Will definitely come again when in Tirana next time.

I recently received a gift card for my birthday at "Arome gruaje" and decided to book a massage I really enjoyed the massage.The massage staff is really professional and made my experience one of the best in Tirana. Amazing, girls in salon are extremely friendly and professional! I broke 2 nails and miss. Malvi corrected the tips for me and also did a great work by matching my red color!
