We were very excited about visiting this new restaurant, based on the website and reviews we were looking forward to another amazing dining experience. Unfortunately, our high expectations for this restaurant were not met. Several reasons, from the design and service levels (it just felt cold). From the rushed service where they don't listen to your requests and below par quality of the food (no reason to serve cold pasta), would also have been nice to have side dishes recommending to compliment the meat. Maybe we caught them on an off day, personally plenty of restaurants to dine in Tirana that has more focus on the quality of the food coming from the kitchen. We love our long lunches; however, after being bundled out within an hour, we certainly won't be coming back, which is a pity as the website's images showed a far different atmosphere and quality of service and food.

Wow, I'm writing this review whilst still being seated at the restaurant, as I could not resist sharing my experience. Everything is perfect! The waiters are well mannered, the music gives you just the right vibe, the chef is always attending tables and providing information for each plate, and the food is beyond anything you could expect. We're lucky to have this quality of food in Tirana. I'll return for sure!

Food was very taste and at the level of high rated restaurants. Service was very good and also the atmosphere. Highly recommended as a restaurant to try special dishes but not for cheap food.

Excellent! The place is very fancy and it was almost hidden. The interior is very elegant and the food is amazing. Great wine selection although it is only sold by the bottle. Expect to spend more than average for your meal but it is very worth it.

I think I've discovered my new favorite restaurant in the town! My experience at Brutal was...where do I start first... The ambient was simple yet, luxurious. A complete open kitchen is what catched my eye, something which I've never seen before in Albania's restaurants. The best part was that you could even go and cook there as a guest!!! And then the food... It was on a whole different level. I couldn't get enough with everything dish of food i tasted, and each one of them was something new to me. I also had the opportunity to meet the chef! He was such a charismatic and friendly guy. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. It was a great experience which I can't wait to share my friends and relatives.

exceptional degustation menu and wine selection for a great price

Wow. Absolutely amazing tasting menu. Each dish was delicious, showcasing a range of flavours and textures. Each dish artfully and expertly executed. Even the olive oil and paste dipping starter was exceptional! Totally worth finding this place, just outside the very centre of Tirana. It's tucked away, down a side street off the main road that follows the river. It's on the lower ground floor of a residential apartment block (just past another good place called Bati). Be persistent and go find it! We had one of the best meals we have ever eaten, anywhere. Few other things. Good wine list, delicious modestly priced wines to fine stuff. From an accessibility perspective, entrance is down a few stairs. A la carte menu also looked good, based on our rubber decking neighbour's dinners.

The place was very chic, elegant and different from other places I have been. Everyone was polite and the dishes were quite delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone and I will come back whenever I am in Tirana.

Wow wow wow! We had dinner with some friends. Due to my pregnancy I was not able to taste most of the items on the menu. Raw fish and steak. They did look divine though. The dishes I had very impeccable and so so delicious! We tried all of the desserts as well. And loved them all. We will be back when baby is here to try all the steak and fish options :)

If you are in Tirana, it is a crime not to visit this amazing place. Food, interior, staff, service - 5 star! Guys, bravo!

We recently were here for the second time and, just as the first time, were the only guests. Unfortunately, the service was not very friendly (let alone welcoming), and the food was a mixed experience too: from excellent (Tacos, salad, fish carpaccio, desserts) to rather "not good" (several dishes oversalted, meat rather chewy). All in all, not an experience we care to have a third time.

One of the most unique and quality restaurants in Albania, this evening I had the pleasure of meeting Bledi, the chef of this kitchen, he described in detail everything we tasted, everything perfect, strange and special flavors never tried before by us, and why From our eyes we had many experiences and had tried many styles of restaurants, Brutal a unique style of its kind! We recommend you, you don't have to taste a food of this kind and if you search all over the planet!
