Horrible service! When i bought a product, i asked if i can exchange the product for the size and they told me yes within a month since it was a present. After a few days i returned to exchange the product for the size, and the manager was very rude and told me it cannot be returned as she believed it was worn. I had the receipt and the label, WHICH IT WAS NEVER WORN, had nooo damage whatsoever (coz it was in the zara bag the whole time) and i had to swear and beg her to believe me that her assumption was wrong. I specifically asked from the moment that i bought it to be exchanged (not asking for my money back), and the end results were appalling. When purchasing a product they did not allow me to try them as they would close in 10 minutes. When trying to exchange them, they don’t allow it. Very much disappointed. 😔😔😔 I hope you hire staff that is professional 😔

Albania’s catalog is a bit lacking compared to the UK which is understandable. The staff are very rude and unhelpful… I was hoping to find an item to purchase but they seemed to find my questions funny for some reason and kept saying “no” to all my questions? (Some of them do speak English)

Absolutely love the clothes but its a shame of the delivery service that they use in Albania. Albania couriers is one of the worst couriers out there. I must say i won't be ordering anymore since yet i am not sure where my package is, for which i have already paid. I have called today all day long the delivery service but no one seems to answer or is interested to work. Such a shame!

You can't try something and consult with someone because no relatives are allowed in the fitting rooms. This is the reason why I don't go to Zara Albania anymore 🤷🏼‍♀️.

The worst service ever in online shopping. 1 week and no shipment done. No info from the store. Sent an email did not reply. Store is less than 4km away from my home. The last estimated delivery date is now gone and the order is not even shipped. What a shame! Never going to order from your store again!

Purchase delivered more than 10 days ago. It can't be returned because on the system it appears undelivered. I drove here one week ago as well. Now again ... Nightmare!

Overpriced for Albania. Its more pricey than in Greece or Czech Republic. Not enough clothes. One of the worst Zaras in Europe.

Prices are lower on the tickets and when you go to pay, they are much higher. Staff is rude. One of the worse Zaras in Europe and I have shopped in over 1000 locations

Customer services in Zara TEG is so pathetic. In the female section the staff is super rude, no manners at all and the way they get disturbed when you ask for info is beyond logic.

In the online store there is a really good interface to select sizes. Post service is good also to be recommended. But if you have to return things that don't fit you you need the receipt in the package. In the last months more than two packages didn't have any receipt or bill inside. Now that's a big issue because they ask for it at the store. Also to solve any problems you have to go to a Zara clothing store. This one is closed for now for renovation this means no return possibile for now. Someone told me that an online return has been put in place ... let's see what happens.

“Pay on delivery” comes faster than “visa payment” in orders placed online. Maybe they want to be sure of getting the money 🤷🏼‍♀️ So disappointed!!!

bad post service . you have to pay 5$ the delivery and then they call you to withdraw your order at their center not your location.
