The staff is very helpful and polite and they explain everything in details, no hidden costs. They recommended us a lot of interesting places to visit in Albania. Toyota Rav4 is definitely one of the best cars I have ever rented. Made the trip more comfortable. All in all the experience was wonderful! I will definitely come back next year.

Good car, nice service and easy pick-up in the center of Tirana. The car was inexpensive, and was really nice. There was some miscommunication about the drop-off, but it got fixed in the end. We had a little trouble with the car, as the wiper blades was not wiping properly which we found out in the middle of a storm. We were not able to see out the front window because of the rain, and had to hold still for an hour until it stopped raining and we could get the wiper blades changed at a gas station. We tried to tell them about this problem, at the drop-off, but the guy did not speak english and did not seem to care at all. Overall a fine experience, but they should check the wiper blades (etc.), as this could be dangerous under different circumstances.

Last summer my girlfriend and I, traveled to Albania to make a video about the country. We hired a Dacia Sandero Stepway because we wanted a car that looked like a mountain car. We enjoyed this new bought car so much. I advice to buy the full 100% insurance. We did not need it, but still... The people who work there, are great. Our contact was Evisa, an amazing, kind person and she speaks great English. In 2019 we will go back to Albania, and guess what. We are booking here again. Great price, great car, office next to the airport and and office downtown Tirana.

The arrangement with the rental company was seamless. Petty deposit on via Paypal , car at the airport delivered on time . They collect petty deposit in case of damage or fines , either cash or by blocking on card. No major condition checking took place , but we always take pictures of the car before renting to be sure. We can arrange to return it early in the morning for a small extra charge , everything worked out in the end . The negative is the condition of the car - we got a scratched and dented Yaris , which had about 130000km on the odometer, but according to me it had about two times the mileage . The check engine light was on continuously , the engine sometimes went on three cylinders . The biggest problem was to start it - cause the microswitch under the clutch pedal was already completely k.o. , so the Yaris only started when two tons of pressure was applied to the clutch pedal , and only occasionally. On the plus side, even though it was shaking like a "luxury dog in winter " , it eventually got us everywhere.

We rented a Vito for one week since we were 8 people and we had a great experience. From the beginning until the end, we had a good communication with the company. The car ran great and we had travelled over 1000km. We dropped the car at 2 AM at the Rinas Office and the driver even offered to drop us off at the airport although it was only a 5 minute walk. Rented a car here. Nice service but I d suggest avoiding the very cheap cars if you re gonna travel long distances to the south.

We rented a 9 person van with First Rent Car in september/october. The van was handed over at the airport in Tirana after signing the papers on site. Communication was very straightforward and they even replied to whatsapp messages! It was very affordable and we had no problems during our stay (surprisingly, as Tirana traffic is insane!). The deposit also came through with no problems whatsoever. Thank you!

Two months later and I still did not receive my deposit back. I called and messaged them a few times and they always blame either their system, the bank or some other lame excuses. It’s really not that difficult to return some money. It’s the first time ever when I don’t get my deposit back from a car rental company.

Everything went smooth. My Dacia Sandero was in excellent condition and the price was very acceptable. I used it for visiting the south of Albania in 3 days.

Honest people, friendly, no issues with our car. We had an issue with the local gas station filling the tank up when we only asked for a small amount. The company helped resolve the issue and made things right.

The rental was scheduled for 8am but the place opened at 8:30. Staff didn't come in until around 8:40 so we had a long wait since 8am. The car we got had very little gas left, and when we drove around the block the car stopped running due to a loose connection on the battery. They replaced the car for us with another one which was nice. The new car ran well but on the last (7th) day the car didn't start after a quick stop. It was the same issue with the battery, and pushing on the wires fixed the issue. Overall the rental experience was decent but the cars could use a little more maintenance.

Good prices, company is reliable and responds fast when something is wrong. Got a car that broke down, within 3 hours brought me a replacing car and i could drive again. Cars have some minor faults like a noise of steering was a bid of but who cares as long as they work. Can only say good things about this company! Recommend 100%

Great service and value. The car they provided considering my requirements was Toyota RAV4 which was not only clean but also in very good condition. The staff was friendly and they speak very well English. They also suggested the best tourist locations to visit during my travel to Albania. Horrible service. Booked a car and the clutch came off completely while we were driving. THANKFULLY, we were very close to our accommodation (this happened around 5:45pm and we informed them immediately. They promised us that a new car would arrive the next day at 12:30-1pm so we stayed at our accommodation waiting for the car. We ended up waiting until 6PM with them promising that they are almost there!! They rejected our 2 day refund and only offered us one day refund. Honestly, would not even consider this company.
