Çmime ekstremisht me larte se ne klinikat e tjera,dhe trajtimet 10 minuta sa per nje story ne insta. I don't recommend it 👎

Scandalous service! I had made an appointment with one of the doctors and she called me on the phone one fine day to tell me that the doctor had decided to take vacation for that day. We agreed on another day with another doctor. I called them today when I was in the middle of the road and told them that I will be a little late because of the traffic. The girl who answered first did not have the correct information about my schedule and her answers were harsh. The schedule was set at 3:00 p.m. and she told me you had it at 2:00 p.m. A total lack of organization and communication. She didn't even try to find another solution, but she simply told me that the doctor can't wait for you, that she should be somewhere else. I mean, when it comes to them canceling appointments, we understand them well, for the 10 minutes that I arrived late, the doctor couldn't wait. The first and last time I contact this ridiculous clinic.

Traveled from far to go to this clinic to find inconsiderate unprofessional rude staff. Very disappointed from the service and the clinic. Not only am I not going again but I also advised my friends to not go if they ever intended to
